Available to hire Platinum privately owned Swift Bordeaux caravan on the award-winning Devon Cliffs Holiday Park, which is a self-contained holiday site with its own private beach.
This luxury caravan benefits from having gas central heating, double glazing and an open plan living area. This comprises a lounge area with free standing furniture and electric fire; a separate diner with table and chairs; and a well-equipped kitchen with full size integrated fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
This caravan occupies a front row location, being 1 of only 4 vans. It has French opening doors which opens up onto a large front decking offering panoramic sea views over the bay. The decking wraps round to the side which again opens up onto a large seating area which is ideal if you are not a sun worshiper as it is much cooler. Van is South facing and attracts the sun from morning till the sun moves round around about tea time.
Bookings & Conditions
This van sleeps up to 5/6 people and we accept booking with no more than 4 adults (which includes young adults/teenagers). The bedrooms are made up of a double room with ensuite and 2 single rooms which each occupy 2 single beds. The single beds are smaller and shorter in the one bedroom which we class as Junior beds. There is a separate toilet and shower room.
We take payment by bank transfer, deposit to be received within 24 hours of initial enquiry. Full payment plus security bond due 8 weeks prior to holiday.
There is a Security Bond of £100 to be added to final payment, this is returned within 7 days of your departure if caravan left in same condition as when you took rental in a clean and tidy condition with all rubbish removed and no damage.
We mainly concentrate on weekly bookings which run saturday to saturday as we find this fits in with most families booking a holiday.
A deposit of £100 per week is required to secure your holiday. This is a non-refundable deposit.
Location
This caravan is located on Devon Cliffs, sited on Rowan Meadow. There is ample parking to the front of the van with a vast amount of parking in the surrounding areas.

Venturing off site, Exmouth is within a 5 minute drive, which has its own beach, drinking and eating venues.
The towns of Sidmouth, Budleigh Salterton, Lyme Regis, Teignmouth, Brixham and Torquay are just a short drive away too.

About the Area
Devon Cliffs promotes nightly entertainment. There are a variety of eating venues on site too ranging from fast food outlets to an a la carte restaurant.Other on-site facilities include indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and adventure activities for children aged 4 – 16.
Passes are required to access the swimming pools and evening entertainment. Extra activities like zip wire, climbing wall, bungee jumping, archery etc. these are not included in the pass prices and have to be purchased separately as and when you want them.
Venturing off site, Exmouth is within a 5 minute drive, which is a large seaside town with its own esplanade, beach, shops, drinking and eating venues.
The towns of Sidmouth, Budleigh Salterton, Lyme Regis, Teignmouth, Brixham and Torquay are just a short drive away too.
