We are pleased to introduce our beautiful central heated caravan for hire on Devon Cliffs Holiday Park, located in Gorse Hill; a quiet area close to the main complex.

To help you book with confidence on our website, every owner is required to produce proof of ownership documentation before their advertising request is accepted. This then allows them the ‘Verified’ status. The verified status does not mean that we have personally visited each individual property listed, simply that ownership of the property has been confirmed.
Caravan Description

We are located in Gorse Hill, a quiet area close to the main complex. We also own the caravan next door for larger bookings.
Prices start at £160 (half week) and £260 (full week). £80 deposit required. We are fri/mon check in/out and do not offer Sat-Sat holidays unless it's last minute and we have availability.
Entertainment passes can be purchased directly from Haven

> Wifi - this is not guaranteed as reception is poor on caravan sites but we are usually able to watch Netflix
>Decking with rattan furniture, and small table & chairs in garden
>1 Open Kitchen, Dining Room & Lounge
>1 Sofabed in the Lounge
>1 Toilet
>1 Shower Room & 2nd Toilet
>1 Double Bedroom (with tv)
>2 Twin Bedrooms (with TVs)
>Parking space directly outside caravan, space for 1 car.
>Other cars can park in South Beach car park
>Bed linen included (not towels, bath mat or tea towels)
>Entertainment passes not included - please purchase directly from Haven
>Kitchen includes: Oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, tassimo coffee machine, fridge & freezer
>Other conveniences including: Iron & ironing board, TV with DVD and freeview in lounge, Wii, PS2, games, DVDs and Google Home
>TVs in bedrooms
>Travel cot and high chair - please note there is not space to use the travel cot in the bedrooms
>Pets are permitted and incur an additional £10 fee. Please check Haven directly as some dog breeds are not permitted, and please ask us about pets before booking. Max 1 large or 2 small dogs. Dogs are not allowed on the beach during the summer May-Sept
>Family friendly in a quiet location with a safe area to play. We can’t hear noise from the shooting range or complex due to our location
>Dead end road meaning very few vehicles driving past
>Smoking or vaping not permitted in the caravan
>Same sex groups are permitted, subject to Haven's policies
>Small bbq (guests provide charcoal etc and need to clean themselves)
> Strictly 8 berth - if you exceed this you will be evicted immediately with no refund
>Check-in 2pm, check-out 10.00am
