Caravan Description
Our 42ft x 14ft Pemberton Knightsbridge caravan is a must for your holiday, with its full central heating, full double glazing and a full wraparound veranda with rattan furniture, table and large parasol.
The large lounge has a leather three piece suite that pulls out to make a king size bed, a 52” TV and DVD player, along with a large selection of DVDs for both children and adults on those rainy days. There is also an electric fire, ceiling fan and patio doors leading out onto the veranda.
The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the essentials, as well as a full size integrated fridge freezer and washing machine. In the dining room there is a table and chairs and a sideboard with glassware.
The main bathroom has a corner bath with shower over, a toilet, wash basin and wall cupboard.
The master double bedroom has its own en-suite with a powerful shower, toilet, wash basin and wall cupboard. Within the master bedroom itself is a large double wardrobe, overhead cupboards and bedside cabinets on each side of the double bed, extra storage under the bed and a large dressing table with three drawers. There is also a TV, wall-mounted fan and a hair dryer.
The twin bedroom has 2 single divan beds that can be pushed together to make a double bed if preferred, wardrobes with 2 bottom drawers, bedside cabinets and overhead cupboard storage. There is also a 14” TV with Freeview and a wall-mounted fan.
By the main caravan door entrance you will find a shoe rack and coat hooks.

Exmouth sea front is 3 miles away by road or it can be walked to via the cliff path within half an hour for those who like walking. In Exmouth you will find lots of shops, bars, a picture house, swimming pool, arcade and boating lake, plus coffees bars on the sea front.
Crealy Adventure Park for children is around 8 miles from Devon Cliffs.
Within 20 to 30 miles you will find Topsham, Exeter, Beer, Seaton, Sidmouth, Lyme Regis, Dollish and Becton Gardens.
