Caravan Description

Our 37ft x 12ft, beautiful caravan is situated in a quiet location on the five star Devon Cliffs site, offering wonderful sea views. The view from our caravan is seen from the pictures. It is just a five minute walk from the complex and a couple more minutes from the beach. There is also a grassed area in front of the caravan for you to enjoy.

The caravan has a lockable, gated veranda with table and chairs, plus BBQ.

There are three bedrooms; one double with en-suite, built-in wardrobe and bedside lights (with mirror and hairdryer/straighteners supplied), includes TV and two twin bedrooms with single beds that can be put together to make a double plus a wardrobe and over bed cupboards. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge area.

The bathroom comes complete with a toilet, wash hand basin and a large walk-in shower cubicle with a wide door.

Fully equipped kitchen/diner includes a built-in gas cooker with 4 burner hob and extractor fan, built-in microwave, built-in full size fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and all cutlery, crockery, glasses and kitchen utensils. We will also leave cleaning products so no need to pack them. A highchair is supplied.

The caravan is equipped to a very high standard and benefits from an extremely spacious lounge with a fitted gas fire and 36" flat screen TV/DVD combined with built-in home cinema surround sound so you can listen to your favourite music or TV plugged into the speakers. We also provide a large selection of DVDs and children’s games should the weather be unkind.

The caravan is set in a quiet cul-de-sac with no through road so it's safer for children to play and offers a lot of privacy, plus private parking. It has fantastic sea views and backs onto woodland so it's nice and peaceful. A little bonus is that there are many owners that do not let so this bit of the park tends to be more relaxing especially after a day at the complex.

It is double glazed and centrally heated, with radiators in every room. This means you can holiday all seasons in warmth and comfort.

Additional Information

For your peace of mind, the caravan is fitted with a smoke detector and carbon monoxide alarm.

Gas and electricity are included in the cost of your holiday.

The caravan sleeps 8, plus a travel cot.

We personally clean our caravan before your arrival to make sure that everything is in order for the start of your holiday.

The Funworks passes are NOT included in the cost of your holiday, but can be purchased at Haven reception or I can arrange passes. These are required to enter the main complex..

Wi-Fi is available at a cost from Haven we do not have Wi-Fi included in your holiday.

Bookings & Conditions

A £50 deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance must be paid 6 weeks prior to the start of your holiday. This Deposit is not part pf the Holiday Payment its refundable.

If this payment is not made the booking will become void.

Holidays booked less than 6 weeks in advance will require the full payment.

If you are looking for a holiday that is action packed for the kids throughout the day but you fancy the odd quiet evening in sat on the veranda this is the ideal spot to watch out over the sea with the sun going down.
