Welcome to our 'Platinum' holiday home, packed with luxury and comfort with front opening patio doors leading to a large gated veranda with patio furniture and stunning sea views.

The holiday home has a fully fitted, modern kitchen with large integrated fridge-freezer, a separate dining area, large master bedroom with en-suite and room for a cot, two attractive twin bedrooms, a family bathroom with large shower unit, private parking and a patio (ideal for BBQs) to complete the ideal holiday combination for indoor and outdoor living.

It comprises:

Lounge
This holiday home benefits from large 40" flat screen Freeview TV with built-in DVD, docking station, coffee table and contemporary electric fire, plus a pull-out bed fitted in the sofa.

Kitchen & Dining Area
Well-appointed kitchen furnished to a high standard with luxury appliances, including a full size integrated fridge and freezer, microwave, 4 ring hob with electric ignition, cooker and extractor fan. The dining area is spacious and benefits from a free standing table and chairs seating 6 comfortably.

Bedrooms
This accommodation has 3 bedrooms, sleeping 6. It has one spacious double bedroom with room for a cot, overhead storage, vanity area, fitted wardrobes, bedside lamps, TV/DVD and en-suite toilet, plus a further 2 well-presented and attractive twin bedrooms with lamps and fitted wardrobes (one with extra overhead storage). The twin beds can be pushed together to form a double.

Bathroom & Toilet
There is a fully fitted shower room with full size shower with glass door, toilet and wash-basin. There are 2 toilets, one being the en-suite.

Heating
Double glazed with full central heating with radiators in all rooms, means you can holiday all season in comfort.

Veranda
We have a large surround decking area with picnic table and parasol making it ideal to eat and relax whilst enjoying the fantastic sea views.

Parking
Private tarmac parking is available next to the holiday home.

Extras
We provide a patio umbrella and a selection of DVDs and books.

All gas, electricity and hot water is included in the price.

All beds are supplied with duvets and at least 2 pillows per single bed (4 for the double) and are covered with anti-allergy protectors. However, duvet covers, pillow cases and sheets are NOT included so guests are asked to bring their own, along with towels, beach towels and tea towels.

The distance from the main Park amenities is a short walk, with the beach being a 5 minute walk away.

Bookings & Conditions

A £100 deposit is required within 7 days of a booking to reserve the dates. This deposit is then held as a security deposit against any damage/loss that may be incurred during your stay. All being well the £100 is refunded within 7 days after your stay.

The balance of the holiday cost is payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. If we have not received payment within this timescale your booking will become void (a reminder will be sent).

Please note that as the deposit has been transferred to a security deposit the full price of the holiday as quoted is still outstanding. Therefore please note that the £100 security deposit is not included in the prices quoted.

Holidays booked less than 6 weeks in advance will require full payment at the time of booking.

In line with Haven policy we are unable to accept groups of the same sex and parties of under 21's.

Entertainment passes can be obtained directly from Haven.
