Cedars 19 is a beautiful Swift Bordeaux Exclusive caravan at Haven's 5 Star Devon Cliffs Holiday Park. This is a non smoking/vaping 3 bedroom holiday home that offers a high level of luxury and comfort, with en-suite to master bedroom, full central heating, double glazing and parking. We have a front row position with patio doors that open onto a large decked gated veranda with stunning panoramic sea views.

The Accommodation:

LOUNGE - ample contemporary free standing sofas, flat screen Samsung TV with low level TV/storage unit, coffee table, upholstered cube stools and gas fire. Double patio doors with perfect sea views.

KITCHEN/DINING AREA - well appointed kitchen furnished to a high standard with luxury appliances, including a full size integrated fridge/freezer, microwave, 4 ring hob with electric ignition, cooker with extractor fan, toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board. The dining area has a free standing table and 6 chairs.

BEDROOM 1 - double sized bed with over bed storage and mirrored vanity area with stool, fitted wardrobe with bedside tables, lamps, TV and en-suite toilet and sink.

BEDROOMS 2 & 3 - both with twin beds and wardrobes. Twin beds can easily be pushed together to form a double.

SHOWER ROOM/TOILET - fully fitted shower with glass sliding door, toilet and washbasin with mirror.

HEATING - double glazed and full central heating with radiators in all rooms.

VERANDA - front row with decking fitted with clear view panels that give fantastic sea views. Patio table, 6 chairs, 1 sun bed and a sun parasol making it ideal to relax and unwind.

DESIGNATED PARKING - allocated parking for one vehicle is marked with our own numbered space

All gas, electricity and water are included in the price.

All beds are supplied with duvets and pillows but NO linen or towels are provided.

Bookings & Conditions

There is a maximum occupancy of 6 people (including children) and cannot be exceeded due to safety reasons.

Strictly NO smoking/vaping or pets are allowed.

A £100 deposit is required within 7 days of a booking to reserve your dates. This is then held as a security deposit against any damage incurred and refunded after your stay.

Holidays booked less than 6 weeks in advance will require full payment at the time of booking.

The balance of your holiday cost is payable 4 weeks prior to your arrival date and if we have not received it by then your booking will be void (a reminder will be sent). Please note the £100 security deposit is not included in the prices quoted.

In line with Haven policy we are unable to accept groups of the same sex and parties of under 25's.
