This no smoking, Platinum 4 berth holiday home benefits from front opening French doors, gated Veranda with breathtaking sea views, with no other caravan in front of you. Two toilets, and an en-suite bedroom with space for a travel cot.
LOUNGE
This holiday home benefits from an extremely luxurious lounge with French doors opening out onto the veranda with beautiful sea views. There is free standing domestic furniture, fixed units, colour 40" flat screen TV, DVD player, Free view and a flame effect fire with stone effect surround.
KITCHEN & DINING AREA
Ultra modern luxury kitchen, which includes an integrated fridge and freezer, superb cooker and microwave. The dining area is complete with free standing dining table and 4 chairs.
WE PROVIDE All BED LINEN in the price will be made up on your arrival so all of this taken care for you, before you arrive; so less stressful.
BEDROOMS
This accommodation has two beautifully designed bedrooms furnished to the highest standards; one luxury double (fitted with a 14" TV/DVD), and one twin room (the twin beds can be pushed together to make a double bed). The larger then average double bedroom, also has an-suite toilet & sink and plenty of wardrobe space, vanity unit & drawer space. A standard travel cot will fit in the double bedroom.
BATHROOM & TOILET
This beautiful holiday home also benefits from a toilet, wash basin and fully fitted shower for adults with the option for a small bath well within the shower unit which can accommodate young children.
HEATING
Yes.The caravan is fitted with double glazing and has a gas comb boiler central heating system with radiators in all rooms.
We have smoke alarm and carbon monoxide detectors fitted.
VERANDA
Complete with latched gate, which has a lockable gate for the safety of small children. There is also outdoors furniture for you to relax and enjoy those sunny days taking in the fabulous view.
CAR PARKING space on Tarmac with it's own number space for you to use.

There is no queueing to check in we will meet and greet you so you will not lose valuable holidays time waiting for access to your holiday home.
It is ideally situated approximately. With 2,000 caravan on site FIR CLOSE is in a prime location, with easy access to both. No need to get in the car 5 minutes walk from the main amenities and entertainment complex and also to the beach. If you intend to spoil yourself and require excellent levels of comfort and accommodation, then this is most definitely the choice for you.
