Hi and welcome to our beautiful 3 bedroom, pet friendly caravan to let with stunning sea views on Devon Cliffs Holiday Park; a fantastic Haven holiday park.
Our Devon Cliffs caravan has been lovingly maintained and thoughtfully made into a true home from home, with private parking alongside.
It has a warm and welcoming space for families, couples and pets, as we are a pet friendly family with our own Cockerpoo, Bobby, who loves exploring the stunning Devon coastline. We’re sure that you, your family and fur babies will also love staying at our caravan and going out to explore the park, countryside and all that Devon has on offer.
Our caravan has a cosy, inviting atmosphere where you can fully unwind and focus on making memories that last a lifetime.
It is well equipped with everything you could need for a relaxing and stress-free stay. Included in the price of your holiday, you will get:
. Central heating throughout the caravan
. Free Wi-Fi
. 42" Smart TV with Netflix, Prime, Disney + in the lounge, plus an Alexa and air conditioning unit
. Games to keep the children entertained, including a Nintendo Switch
. Fully fitted kitchen with full size fridge freezer, full size cooker, dishwasher, air fryer, coffee machine, 4 slice toaster and a kettle
. Master bedroom with a double bed with light above, lots of space for your clothes, a 42" Smart TV, hairdryer, hair straighteners and a bedside fan if needed.

. Two twin bedded rooms, each with two single beds (can be made into doubles if preferred), a bedside light and TV
. Main bathroom with a double shower, wash basin and toilet
. Wraparound, gated decking so you can sit outside and enjoy our panoramic sea views whilst having a glass of wine in the evening or breakfast in the morning sunshine
. Picnic area to the rear of the caravan, complete with a picnic table so you can enjoy a BBQ in the evening sun
We supply enough tea, coffee, sugar and dishwasher tablets to last you for your stay.
We also supply toilet rolls and hand soap in both bathrooms.
A bedside fan is also available if needed.
Bookings & Conditions
We require a £50 non-refundable booking deposit to secure your dates.
Full balance must be paid 6 weeks before the holiday start date.
A £125 security deposit will also be required, which will be refunded following your stay as long as everything has been left in good order, with no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.
Check in time is 3pm. Check out is by 10am. Should guests wish to check in earlier, we should be able to accommodate this for an additional £15 early booking in fee.
