This unique location on Devon Cliffs Holiday Park offers private grassy areas to the front, rea and side; perfect for little ones to run around and play safely, with no annoying walking or passing traffic to worry about!

We are situated on the most popular area of the site, Beach Walk, which is only a 3 minute stroll away from the beautiful beach and South Beach restaurant, beach shop and play area. We are also just a short 5 minute walk from the main entertainment complex where all entertainment, bars, arcade, restaurants and takeaways are located. This is where all the family fun can be found, ensuring you a memorable holiday for years to come!

Our lovely 3 bedroom caravan at Devon Cliffs, is a spacious 38’ holiday home that comes complete with double glazing and central heating in all rooms, as well as a realistic electric fire, ensuring the perfect cosy environment to cuddle up in after a full day of fun, and for any chilly nights.

Out on our private wraparound decking you will find beautiful 180 degree sea and mountain views. We have a full rattan garden furniture set to sit out on and enjoy those stunning sunsets too! Rest assured, our veranda decking is fully lockable so you can make sure the kids are safely secure.

Our spacious open plan lounge comes with comfortable sofas with scatter cushions, one of which can be changed into a double sofa bed. We also have a dining table with separate eating area; perfect for enjoying your meals or having a family games night! There is also a 40" TV with built-in DVD player and a selection of DVDs for you to choose from, along with board games and children’s books and toys for your family to use.

We have a fantastic, fully fitted kitchen which is well equipped with everything you will need for a wonderful stay with us at Devon Cliffs. From glassware, bottle openers, crockery and cutlery to a kettle, toaster and air fryer (plus much more!).
You will also find a glass fronted gas oven and grill with electronic ignition, 4 burner gas hob, stainless steel recirculating cooker hood, stainless steel sink/drainer and laminate worktops. with along with a fridge freezer, iron and ironing board.

The extremely comfortable and cosy master bedroom comes complete with a memory foam king size double bed, pillows, USB sockets, dresser with make-up mirror, built-in wardrobes with hangers, overbed reading light, bedside lamps and a hairdryer. The twin bedrooms each have two single beds and a built-in wardrobe with hangers and storage space.

The main bathroom comes complete with toilet, sink, vanity unit with light with socket for electric razor and of course, a lovely large shower cubicle with a thermostatic shower.

We also have a separate toilet with wash basin. for those times when the main bathroom is in use!

Our caravan comes with its own fully equipped beach accessory storage unit. Help yourself to beach balls, buckets and spades and other outdoor toys! (Please return these at the of your stay, thank you!).

The caravan has a gas combi boiler with full working instructions.

A smoke alarm with 10 year battery, a fire extinguisher and 5-year carbon monoxide detectors are also installed for your safety and peace of mind.
