Caravan Description
Our caravan is a private let, it is graded a deluxe plus by Haven, and situated in a prime location with lovely sea views over the bay that you can soak up on our spacious wraparound decking with a table and chairs. We take great care to ensure our caravan is well maintained and looked after, to ensure you have the best holiday.
Situated on a spacious corner plot and in a quieter area of Devon Cliffs, we are just a 5 minute walk to the entertainment complex and access the Blue Flag Sandy Bay beach.
The accommodation comprises of one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, and a double pull-out sofa bed in the lounge, providing us with plenty of space to accommodate up to 8 people. All bed linen, duvets and pillows are provided, beds will be made up ready for your arrival.
We have full double glazing, and warm air heating throughout. Within the living room we have a gas fire, 43” Smart TV with Freeview, you can access internet channels via hotspot on your phone/tablet and using your mobile data, or you can connect via a portable dongle if you have one.
The fully equipped galley kitchen includes an integrated gas oven, extractor fan, microwave, fridge with a freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and all crockery & cutlery that you may need.
We have a family bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink unit. Plus, the added bonus of an additional separate toilet and sink unit.
We have a designated parking space right next to the caravan, and there are extra visitor spaces situated nearby.

About the Area

These need to be bought directly from Haven.Devon Cliffs is a 5 star holiday park owned by Haven, with multiple facilities including indoor & outdoor pools, two entertainment theatres, aerial adventure, ‘The Jump’, tube slides, climbing wall, and many other activities that you would expect from a Haven park. The park also has private access to a lovely Blue Flag beach.
There are plenty of eateries to choose form on site, including two restaurants, Slim Chickens’, Burger King, Papa John’s Pizza and a large sports bar.
Nearby is the town of Exmouth, with stunning sandy beaches, lovely coastal walks, bars and restaurants. Exmouth is located on the estuary which is safe for young children to bathe in, and offers coastal boat trips.
Further afield you have other seaside resorts of Sidmouth, Beer, Seaton in East Devon and the opportunity to visit Torbay, Brixham, Dartmouth, Torquay and Paignton all being approx. a 45 minute car journey.
We also have Crealy Theme Park near Exeter, and World of Country Life located close to the park, both suitable for a family day out.
