Caravan Description

Our caravan to let on the family-friendly Devon Cliffs Holiday Park, is situated in a quiet location on Karo Place with a safe area to play. It’s also situated on a no through road, meaning very few vehicles drive past.

The caravan’s key features include:
- Uninterrupted sea views
- Full central heating (combi boiler with radiators)
- Double glazing
- Decking to side of caravan with small table & chairs
- Open plan kitchen, dining room and lounge
- One double bedroom (with TV)
- Two twin bedrooms (one with TV)
- One sofa-bed in the lounge
- Main shower room with shower, toilet and wash basin
- Second separate toilet with hand basin
- Fully equipped kitchen, with oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, full size fridge and freezer etc.
- TVs are located in the lounge, double bedroom and one of the twin bedrooms
- Parking space for one vehicle on tarmac driveway next to caravan (more local parking nearby)

Wi-Fi is included too, but is dependent on local coverage – we cannot always guarantee a good service.

A travel cot is also available for use if needed. However, there is not space to use the travel cot in the bedrooms, so it would need to be put up in the open plan kitchen/living space.


Terms & Conditions:
-A £100 deposit will be required at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation, this will only be refunded if the date can be re-sold.
-The £100 deposit will then be used as your security deposit, which will be refunded once the caravan has been inspected following your departure and everything is found to be in good order with no loss, damage and/or breakages or the need for an excessive clean.
-Full payment must be made no later than 8 weeks before the start of your holiday.
-Strictly NO PETS. If you are found with a pet in the caravan, you will be evicted immediately with no refund.
-Due to park rules, we cannot accept group bookings (i.e. girls weekends/stag and hen do’s, etc.)
-We are unable to provide entertainment passes, which you’ll need if you wish to swim, book activities or go into the show bars. These can be booked directly with Haven once we have registered your booking.
-Smoking and/or vaping is NOT PERMITTED in the caravan or on the decking.
-There is a strict 8 person MAXIMUM. If you exceed this number, you will be evicted immediately with no refund.

*Beds can be made up on arrival at a cost of £10 per room (i.e.: lounge for sofa-bed, twin bedroom x 2 and double bedroom)*

Check-in: as stated on date range. Check-out: 10am.
