New in 2021, our Willerby Grasmere caravan for hire on Dawlish Sands Holiday Park, has double glazing and central heating so you can be certain of a comfy stay.
The caravan features a lounge/diner, well equipped kitchen, a shower room with WC, a separate WC and three bedrooms.
Within the lounge is a 32" TV with Freeview and a built-in DVD player, along with FREE Wi-Fi.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a kettle, toaster, microwave, 4 ring gas hob, full size gas oven/grill and an integrated fridge/freezer, along with all the crockery, cutlery, glasses and saucepans you may need for eight people.
The bedrooms comprise of one double and two twin bedded rooms, all of which have a wardrobe. There is also a double sofa bed in the lounge area.
The bedding that is provided are pillows and duvets, with pillow and mattress protectors. Please supply your own bed linen and towels, as these are NOT provided.
The bathroom has a shower, sink vanity unit and WC. There is also a separate WC with hand basin.
Adjacent to the caravan is a dedicated parking space for one car.
Gas and electric is included in our rental price.
Location
Dawlish Sands Holiday Park is a 15 minute walk from Dawlish Warren centre, the beach and railway station, with 2 pay and display car parks.
It is a quiet, flat holiday park with on-site amenities open only between March and November.
In Dawlish Warren there is Gerald’s (minimart), a family baker, Chinese takeaway, several fish and chip shops and a chemist. There is a large Sainsbury’s on the main Exeter to Dawlish road, which is a ten minute drive away.
Dawlish Warren has flat sandy beaches, as well as the Nature Reserve. There are many walks and cycle trails too.
A 7 mile drive will take you the Swan’s Nest, a carvery pub near Exminster on the A379.
There are buses and trains to the nearby Dawlish, Teignmouth and Torbay area.
