Caravan Description

Our Silver standard, 2011, 28’ x 12’ Willerby caravan is fully double glazed, fully centrally heated and a nice, modern, warm and cosy holiday home.

The caravan has been well looked after and is in pristine condition.

It is fully kitted out for your holiday and includes a 43” TV with Free SAT satellite TV channels (plenty of channels to choose from), a radio, Blu-ray/DVD player and Dvd's, kid's board games, Lego, The Caravan is privileged to have a large screen Tv and free sat .

There is a twin bedroom with small wardrobe and a master bedroom with en-suite to the main bathroom, along with walk-in wardrobe. There is also pull-out bed in lounge. The caravan sleeps 4-6.

Please bring your own bed linen and towels.

The caravan has lamps and is real cosy for nights in.

The nice size bathroom has a power shower with plentiful supplies of hot water.

A fully equipped kitchen that houses all the appliances that include fridge, A separate freezer, cooker and microwave contains all the utensils as well as all usual home from home comforts so you will be able to dine comfortably.

The caravan has everything you need to fully enjoy your stay here.

Gas and electric is included in the rental price.

Mobile signal is excellent here – 4G internet reception is excellent.

The site is very sought after and a very very nice location close to all surrounding seaside villages nearby.

The caravan offers stunning sea views and is situated in a nice tranquil location on Combe Martin Beach Holiday Park. The park is hilly, but a pleasure. It’s just a 6 minute walk to the beach and a 6 minute walk to the village.

Location

Combe Martin Beach Holiday Park in Combe Martin, North Devon, is a John Fowler park so you are welcome to look this up.

The site is tranquil and perfect for couples and families and is ideally situated centrally to discover what the north coast of Devon has to offer.

On site facilities include: Free Wi-Fi in the club house; Heated outdoor pool - May through to August; Pool table; Small arcade; Bar that serves cooked food that can be eaten in or take away; Beer garden with stunning sea views; On-site woodland walk; Kids’ park; Kids’ club; ; Bingo.

For a more livelier entertainment programme our sister site Sandaway which is a short distance has full entertainment programme and outdoor heated pool to enjoy which is all included in your stay

The seaside village of Combe Martin is minutes away by foot from the site and is full of charm. It is a busy little place in the summer months and has something to offer everyone. Combe Martin boasts a number interesting annual events. The August Carnival offers a free week long activity program. There are pubs, shops, ice cream bars, launderette and fish and chip shop in the village.

There is a nice National Trust hilly walk up Hangman Cliffs and beyond, which has breathtaking views from all around and looking down into Combe Martin.

Combe Martin beach and bay was awarded seaside quality award 2016 .

The beach and bay is lovely to sit and relax and have a swim ,the kids cant wonder out of sight.

There's loads and loads of interesting and unspoiled scenery to be seen and a perfect cove for beach combing and rock pooling.

We love it here and never get bored.

Places to Visit

The amazing railway at Lynton and Lynmouth is a short drive away. Lynmouth harbour has been voted one of the top 10 harbours in the country according to the Guardian.

Exmoor zoo is easy accessible from the caravan park.

Watermouth Family theme park and Castle is on the door step to the park, where families a fun day out.

The Tarka Trail - the caravan park is ideally located to access the Tarka Trail. The Tarka Trail is a series of footpaths and cycle paths around north Devon that follow the route taken by the fictional Tarka the otter. It covers a total of a 180 miles in a figure-of-eight route.

Ilfracombe is a 7 minute drive away, which is a small town with plenty of shops, beach amusements and a harbour and excursions etc.

Award winning Woolacombe Bay resort is a 17-20 minute drive away, which is a busy resort with lots to offer; it's perfect for surfers

Braunton is 20-25 minutes in the car.

There are loads of resorts and places to find in between these – it’s all straightforward to find your way around and there’s plenty to do.
