Glen 1 is our beautiful 3 bedroom caravan for hire on Challaborough Bay Holiday Park, near Kingsbridge in Devon, sitting on level ground in a quiet cul-de-sac, just a 2 minute walk from the beach.

Caravan Description
Our lovely, pet friendly caravan on Challaborough Bay Holiday Park is close to all the park facilities and benefits from having its own tarmac parking bay right outside.
The caravan is fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing, fun-filled holiday.
Bed linen is provided with all beds made up ready for your arrival.
Our caravan is comfortable and spacious, with three bedrooms, to sleep up to six people. It has one double bedroom and two twin bedded rooms, along with a good size bathroom with shower.
The galley style kitchen has a full-size oven, kettle, toaster and microwave, as well as ample cookware, crockery and utensils.
The living/dining area is spacious and comfortable, with a 42” Freesat TV, so no TV disruption. You can also access Netflix, Disney+ etc., when connected to Wi-Fi which is free of charge. A door leads out from the lounge onto the decking (to be fitted in time for start of 2025 season).
For your convenience and entertainment, we have provided books and some board games. We’ve also provided a selection of beach toys and bodyboards that you are welcome to use.
The outside area is grassed on both sides, and new for 2025 there will be an outside decking area to the side and front of the caravan, complete with patio furniture.
The caravan is double glazed, with full central heating and fire in the lounge.
Holiday park passes are NOT included in our hire price, but can be obtained in advance upon request.
Strictly NO smoking allowed.
Pets will be considered on request.
A travel cot and highchair can be provided free of charge.
We are happy to book 3/4/ 7 and 14 night stays on request

About the Area
Challaborough Bay Holiday Park is set on its own beautiful, private, Blue Flag* sandy beach, with Bigbury Bay and Armer Cove just a short walk away.It is located in an ‘Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty’ and has its own dog walk meadow to the rear of the park. The famous Burgh Island is also a short walk away or you can access it by water tractor.
The on-site restaurant and bar overlook the beach and are free to use - it is also dog friendly.
The clubhouse offering daily children’s activities and night time kids’ disco, bingo and entertainment. There is also a large indoor pool offering a range of water activities for children, plus an arcade and soft play section.
The on-site takeaway offers a wide selection of food and will deliver direct to the caravan.
The local shop is situated right next to the park and offers a large selection of products and essentials, including fresh bread and pastries cooked on-site every day.
There are lots of places to visit locally, including Plymouth with its historic Barbican, and Torquay with its amazing sea front.
* Please be aware to comply with the Blue Flag beach status, dogs are not permitted on the beach from 1st May to 30th September. However, there are two beaches either side which do allow dogs, both just a short walk away.
Plus a meadow area attached to the park for dog walks that leads into the woods.
