This is our 2018 ABI Ambleside static caravan situated on a south facing, prime plot with uninterrupted views of Otter Lake and close to the coastal path at Haven’s Lakeland Leisure Park in Cumbria.

Our 2018 ABI Premier grade caravan is situated in a quiet, lakeside location on Guddlebeck. We have a full wraparound decking area and boast being at the edge of Otter Lake, providing uninterrupted lake views with full sun all day long. Our location is one of the best on the lake - you certainly won't be disappointed!!
We are fortunate to have an end plot, which gives us a second grassed area that we use for sunbathing or just watching the sun go down. We are also only a two-minute walk from the coastal path and a ten-minute walk to the entertainment and amenities.
The caravan is fully equipped with everything that you will need to make your holiday a ‘home from home’ experience. In the lounge we have two 3 seater settee purchased in 2023 - one is a bed settee with sprung mattress. There are a couple of coffee tables, an electric stove heater, a Bluetooth speaker, DAB radio system and a variety of board games – Monopoly, Game of Life, Cluedo, Dobble, Dominoes and playing cards, etc. There are double patio doors that open out on to the large, glass fronted decking boasting the amazing, lake views. For the summer months, we have a tower fan available which helps to keep the caravan cool during the hottest of days.
Our fully equipped kitchen has an oven with a separate grill, 5 ring gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Ninja air fryer, kettle, 4 slice toaster, slow cooker, pots, pans, wine glasses and champagne flutes.
The master bedroom benefits from an en-suite toilet/washbasin with storage for toiletries, dressing area, wardrobe, dressing table and a wall mounted 32" TV. The second bedroom has twin 3' single beds, wardrobe, mirror, a 32" TV, and views over the shingle beach and lake. The third bedroom has twin 2' 6" single beds, wardrobe, mirror, and views over the lake.
Duvets and pillows are available. Please note: Duvet covers, fitted sheets and pillowcases can be provided at an additional cost, or you are welcome to bring your own (1 x king duvet - 4 x single duvets). We charge £10 per room for the hire of duvet covers, fitted sheet and pillowcases. and the beds will be made up on your arrival.
We have a travel cot and high chair available at no extra cost. Please let us know if you require these when booking
The main bathroom has a toilet, washbasin, and a powerful shower with storage for toiletries.
To put your mind at rest, the holiday home is fitted with both smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher fitted in the kitchen, regular gas, and electric safety checks.
Piped gas and electric are included in the price. It is fully central heated.
We are connected to the WI-FI which is a must as most mobile networks do not receive signal in this area. We charge £10 per weekend - Fri - Mon £10 mid week - Mon - Fri and £20 for the full week
We have a gas barbeque available at no extra cost.
A parking bay is immediately behind the caravan, making it much easier with unloading and loading.
We purchased this caravan as a family investment for both rental and our own pleasure. We thought this was the perfect site for young and old alike and ideally located to explore the Lake District and surrounding areas.
