Caravan Description

Our caravan for hire at White Acres Holiday Park, is ideally located to enjoy coastal paths for walking, great surfing, swimming and relaxing along the Atlantic highway.

The caravan has three bedrooms. There are two twin bedrooms with built-in wardrobes at one end of the caravan, which share their own private shower room with WC. There’s also an extra door so they have their own privacy. The large master bedroom at the other end of the caravan, boasts built-in wardrobes and its own en-suite with shower and WC. There is also an extra pull-out double bed in the spacious central lounge if required.

The central living area is large and spacious, and is comprised of the lounge, dining area and kitchen. The lounge has a wraparound sofa, TV with DVD player and gas fire. The kitchen is fully equipped with all mod cons, including a microwave, gas cooker, fridge freezer and breakfast bar. There’s also a dining table.

French patio doors lead out onto the large, raised decking area which is gated for the safety of your little ones. New outdoor furniture has been provided for 2024, on which you can relax and watch the world go. Outside storage is also available if required also available

Parking for one car is next to the caravan.

Quilts are provided, but we ask that you bring your own bed linen. We can supply for an addition cost of £38 per week though, if requested.

Bath towels, hand towels and tea towels are NOT provided, so please remember to bring with you.

Our Caravan is our little bit of paradise too, so we try to keep it immaculate for you. We ask that our guests treat the caravan with the same respect as their own home, as well as respect to others holiday maker..

NO smoking allowed either inside the caravan or on the decking.

NO BBQs allow on the decking either, for safety reasons.

We do ask for a deposit at the time of booking. The remainder must be paid in full, four weeks before your holiday.

Please leave the caravan clean and tidy with all rubbish removed and put in the on-site bins provided.





Location

White Acres Holiday Park is located in Newquay on the north Cornwall coast. The park has 13 lakes with lovely walks and scenic routes. Fishing is available too, with passes that are from available from the fishing lodge.

White Acres Holiday Park has a very good clubhouse (restaurant app to order takeaway), Costa Coffee, bar, chip shop and Premier local shop. There is also a refurbished swimming pool, gym, arcade, pool tables and lots of play areas scattered around the site for your little ones too, so something for everyone!

Club passes required and are available from the Reception. They are NOT included in our hire price.

White Acres is a very family friendly holiday park with good facilities and activities for the whole family.

Close by is the Eden Project, Newquay Zoo and Flambards Leisure Park, along with many beaches and historical towns and villages to explore.

White Acres Holiday Park is also close to the train station and airport in Newquay, with local buses on your doorstep.
