Caravan Description

Hi, this is our holiday home that sleeps up to 8 people, situated in the Sycamore area of White Acres Haven Holiday Park.

The excellent facilities in our caravan are as follows: 3 bedrooms, 1 double, 2 twin rooms (new pillows and quilts each year); shower and separate toilet, electric fire (no fumes); gas hob; oven; microwave; toaster; fridge and separate freezer; hoover; iron and ironing board; hair dryer; flat screen TV; DVD player; large steel tackle locker; wooden tackle locker; private parking space outside the caravan.

Outside we have a large decking area with patio table, umbrella and chairs.

We provide all the cooking utensils that you will find at home, including kettle, toaster and sandwich maker.

We have also left some games and DVDs to entertain the young ones, draughts and chess for the older ones, and plenty of leaflets on local attractions should you decide to go out for the day.
There are some lovely pubs and restaurants in the local area and also a McDonalds, Morrison's and Aldi for your shopping needs.

We do not provide linen (duvet covers, sheets, towels or tea towels) as this would be an additional cost added to the hire charges and most people prefer to use their own; they know who it was last used by and how clean it is etc! We do buy new pillows and quilts each year for your comfort.

Cleaning of the caravan is not included in the hire price as we are trying to keep your costs down to a minimum. All we ask is that you ensure the next holiday guest has a great time without having to clean up after you. We have never had any problems with this policy as our guests are always considerate of the next user. If there is a problem you should contact me as soon as possible. The maintenance and site staff are there to help make your holiday enjoyable so we do not want you worrying about anything whilst you are there. Get in touch we do appreciate it.

Free gas and electricity are supplied. There are also convection heaters (with timers) to ward off those colder evenings and a fire in the living room that really keeps the place toasty.

If you intend taking a pet can you please let us know as there are a couple of things we would like you to do for your comfort, but also our other guests.

Entertainment and Facilities: Passes are available to purchase from the reception area. They cost off peak £8.50 and peak £9.50 (children under 2 go free). The passes are well worth the money and will allow you to use the club for the children's and adult entertainment (including nightly bingo), the swimming pool, gym, solarium, soft play area etc. Further details or information can be obtained from the very friendly reception staff.

Fishing passes can be purchased from the lodge. There is also additional parking here should you want to use it. Fishing Licences will be required to fish at White Acres, which are available at any Post Office or online before you leave.

White Acres Rules include: Maximum of 4 same sex angling parties are welcome where all the members are over 25. No bookings can be taken from all male/female parties where half the party number are under 25. No bookings can be taken for parties under the age of 21. You cannot fish any of the festivals if you hire a privately owned caravan.

We do not allow smoking in this caravan; sorry but the smell does linger. However, you can smoke on the patio.

The deposit to book the caravan is £100 for July and August and £50 for any other time. This is non refundable due to some problems we have had with holiday makers before.
