Available for hire is our three bedroom, double glazed and central heated static caravan that is situated in a front row position in the Pines Forest area of Parkdean’s White Acres Holiday Park in Newquay, Cornwall.

Caravan Description
Available for hire is our three bedroom, double glazed and central heated static caravan that is situated in a front row position in the Pines Forest area of Parkdean’s White Acres Holiday Park in Newquay, Cornwall.
The holiday home consists of one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and double pull-out sofa bed in the lounge allowing sleeping arrangements for up to 8 people.
We have full double glazing, and central heating throughout with the added bonus of a gas fire in the lounge for cosy nights in or those chilly days.
In the lounge we have a 32” TV with built-in DVD player, a selection of DVDs and a selection of family games for you to use.
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your self-catering holiday.
Our family bathroom has a toilet, washbasin and shower, there is also an additional separate toilet.
Cleaning is included in the quoted price of your holiday. We only ask that you keep the caravan as you would like to find it, as it is our personal, private caravan that we use.
For you to use we have supplied a vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board - not as a hint for you to do the cleaning though!
You will need to bring your own towels and tea towels etc.
We offer Monday to Friday lettings outside of the main school holidays.
Entertainment passes can be obtained from reception. We do NOT supply passes.

At Parkdean Resorts’ White Acres Holiday Park, facilities include entertainment bar with live shows including children’s entertainment team for activities during the day and children’s club for the younger ones, bar with separate sports/games area showing live sports, restaurant, takeaway, amusement arcade, supermarket and separate cafe/diner. Free Wi-Fi is available at the bar/club house.Sports and leisure activities include heated indoor swimming pool with children’ pool, gym, sauna, mini golf, two adventure playgrounds, 13 fishing lakes and a tackle/bait shop.
A short distance from Newquay town centre is the surfer’s paradise Fistral Beach. Both are easily accessible with a short car journey or use of the local bus service from directly outside the park entrance.
