Caravan Description

This is our beautiful, pet friendly Swift Alsace that provides home from home luxury, located on the Towan area of Trevella Holiday Park. We have parking for two vehicles. Our corner position means you are private to the side and can use the garden for family entertaining.

Our static benefits from secure gated wraparound decking to the front and side which is accessed from the corner patio doors leading from the living room. The decking get the sun all day and is great for relaxing on when you get back from days activities.

As our static is elevated, it enjoys far reaching views of the surrounding countryside and the fishing lake.

The central heated accommodation is fully double glazed and comprises: Large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. It has all the comforts of a home with a large flat screen smart TV and a comfortable corner sofa.

The kitchen area benefits from a large range of base and wall units, dining table, integrated double electric oven and grill, 4 ring gas hob with extractor fan above, an integrated fridge freezer, built-in microwave and integrated slimline dishwasher. It is fully equipped with everything you could need.

The master bedroom has plenty of wardrobe and drawer space, plus a dressing table area. This spacious room has a double bed with storage underneath, plus a wall-mounted TV for those much deserved lazy mornings. Bedroom two has twin single beds, wardrobe and drawer space. It is possible to put these beds together to give you another double bed. Bedroom three also has twin single beds, wardrobe and drawers.

The family shower room is a great size with a double shower cubicle, basin and toilet. There is also a separate WC with toilet and basin.

There is an additional charge if you are taking your family pet.

We supply an iron and ironing board.

Location

Trevella Park is beautiful and well-kept, which earns it the 5* rating. It has also been voted one of Cornwall's best holiday parks and awarded the David Bellamy Gold Conservation award for many consecutive years.

On site you will find an outdoor heated swimming pool and children's pool; several children's play areas; a pets corner; games room; crazy golf; a shop and café, which offers a take away menu too.

During the peak summer months there is probably the smallest pub in Cornwall offering speciality beers and gins. It's closed by 9pm, so make sure you take advantage of the summer evenings!

There are two fully stocked fishing lakes, which can be used if you have a rod licence. If you haven't, the walk around is idyllic and tranquil.

There is a great dog walk to the far end of the park, which is maintained for your enjoyment. You can also walk from the park to the amazing Crantock beach, about 15 minutes, to enjoy the vast beach and the River Gannel.

Venturing off site, Crantock village is the closest to the park (5 minute drive), which is beautiful. It has two lovely pubs offering great food, along with a small shop and Norman church.

Nearby Newquay town offers everything you would expect from a seaside resort. Fistral Beach is the surf capital of the UK and offers a huge beach, loads of rock pools, shops and restaurants - you can make a whole day of it.

There are also the renowned beaches of Towan, Tolcarne and Lusty Glaze if you love water sports.

If you are driving an electric car there is a charging point outside the Reception area. Charging from the Caravan is not permitted.
