A warm welcome awaits you in this privately owned, 40' x 20' refurbished luxury lodge for hire on Trevella Holiday Park, boasting outstanding views from both the front and rear decking.

Situated in the Watergate area of the beautiful, award-winning Trevella Holiday Park, this privately owned, 40' x 20' fully refurbished holiday home is large and comfortable, with an open plan layout. It is equipped to the highest standard and benefits from outstanding views from both its front and rear decking. The location allows easy access to the lake too.

It also boasts its own built-in, super fast broadband, which provides unlimited data.

The lodge offers an open plan lounge with an ample free standing furniture and dining table; a large wall-mounted, Freeview Smart TV for access to Netflix (using your own account) etc; a fireplace and patio doors that open onto the large balcony area. Central heating also.

The kitchen is well equipped with everything you'll need for a home from home stay, including a double oven, grill and hob; microwave; dishwasher; washing machine; full size fridge freezer; toaster and all pots and pans you will need.

The two bedrooms comprise one master and one twin room, with the master bedroom having a king size bed and an en-suite with bath and shower over, along with a walk-in wardrobe and dressing table. The twin room has full UK size single beds. Both bedrooms also have smart TVs.

An additional family bathroom also offers a full size shower, toilet and wash basin.

The balcony is equipped with relaxing furniture so that you may enjoy dining outside on multiple dining areas, or have a refreshing drink on the decking. It is enclosed and the gate is also lockable if required, to keep small children safe. A large grassy area with pond is situated in front of the decking.

Parking is available for 2 cars.

Whilst the park offers its own Wi-Fi, we have our own individual fast broadband Wi-Fi offering a reliable and strong connection at no extra cost to you.

Couples and families welcome. No dogs. We also own the Beachcomber; search reference 7402 which welcomes dogs.

There are plenty of stunning coastal walks to be enjoyed in the area, as well as large beaches or small coves to explore.

Onsite facilities include a well-stocked fishing lake, outdoor pool and toddler pool, mini shop, children’s park and takeaway.
