Available for hire on Trevella Park, our 3 bedroom, Pemberton Park Lane (43' x 14') is a luxurious caravan with double glazing throughout, plus central heating and situated on a quiet cul se sac.

Available for holidays on Trevella Park in Cornwall, is our wonderful Pemberton Park Lane, 3 bedroom caravan (44' x 14') which is spacious and beautifully positioned.
Although designed to sleep 8 we are letting on the basis of having a maximum of 6 people at any one time, so the quality of the accommodation remains high for all users. We are now taking bookings for 2025. Our prices per week are significantly less (for example over £300 per week in August) than booking directly with Trevella, for a van that would be inferior to our Park Lane.
The main bedroom has a king-size bed and an en-suite shower room with large walk-in shower, toilet and wash hand basin. The other two bedrooms both contain two single ‘guzunder’ beds, to give increased space and flexible sleeping arrangements if only one bed is needed. There is also a comfortable sofa-bed (double) in the lounge.
The family bathroom contains a full-size bath with shower over it, toilet and wash hand basin.
The kitchen area features top-of-the-range equipment, including a microwave, dishwasher, one and a half sinks, quadruple toaster, five burner hob, double oven, very large fridge freezer and a washing machine/tumble dryer. An extensive range of pots, pans, crockery, glassware and cooking utensils are provided, as is bedding (duvets and pillows) and bed linen - all included within the price. Please bring your own towels and tea towels.
The dining area is complemented by a family size table and six comfortable chairs.
The inviting lounge overlooks ‘The Meadow’ and its sliding doors open up onto the front decking to give that inside/outside feel. The lounge includes a television and a DVD player and an attractive electric fire with surround. Further extensive decking to the side of Park Lane, includes garden furniture and the chance to catch the always present (!) afternoon/evening sun.
There is free-to-use WiFi of 40mbps which allows access to a wide range of TV programmes for all ages.
Arrival day is Saturday after 4pm with departure by 10am please on the following Saturday please.
Only full week bookings are being taken and a discount will be given for a fortnight (or more) booking.

Trevella Park is a five star holiday park in one of the most beautiful areas of Cornwall. Our Park Lane is located in 'The Meadow' which is one of Trevella’s quietest areas, consisting of seventeen properties set around a central grassed play area with surrounding mature trees.
There are various low intrusion facilities on the holiday park site, including an outdoor swimming pool, play equipment and fishing lakes.
Crantock itself is a lovely village with a shop, a few pubs and a great surfing/body boarding sandy beach that has been named in the top ten beaches in the UK - stunning!
Nearby there are numerous other beaches, walks, safe or adventurous cycle routes, great eateries catering for all ages, all-year round events, the Dairyland family attraction and the beautiful cathedral city of Truro with its boutique shops, restaurants and all the expected main stores.
