Our caravan on Trenance Park is privately owned & well sited on a cut grass area with free parking alongside. Trenance Holiday Park is the only Park in Newquay within walking distance of the beach.

Caravan Description
The caravan is privately owned, cleaned and kept to a high standard.
Is it well sited on a cut grass area with free parking by the side, along with outdoor seating/table.
The caravan has two bedrooms, one double and one with two single beds which can be combined to make a double. Another double can be made up in the lounge if required.
Pillows and duvets are provided, but you will need to bring your own bed linen, duvet covers and towels.
The lounge/diner area has ample seating for 6, a gas fire and 22" colour TV with Freeview and DVD player.
The kitchen is well equipped, with gas cooker, microwave, fridge and toaster.
The bathroom has a shower cubicle, WC and hand basin.
All gas and electric is included in the tariff.
Families and couples only.
NO PETS ALLOWED.
A £50 deposit which secures your booking fee.
A deposit of £100 is to be paid with your final balance and will be refunded 10 days after your departure, this is to cover any breakages or damage after inspection.

About the Area
Trenance Holiday Park is the only Park in Newquay close enough to be within walking distance of the beautiful beaches, town centre and nightlife, yet far enough out to give you quiet evenings.On site you will find a fully equipped launderette, shower blocks (tokens purchased from reception) and toilet blocks with washing facilities.
Adjacent to the Park will be found Restormel Borough Council's Leisure Park which has amongst other things, two indoor swimming pools, a gym, zoo, children's play area, boating lake, indoor and outdoor tennis, skate boarding and bowling green; something for everyone to enjoy.
Newquay is also ideally situated as a base for touring Cornwall.
