Our lovely holiday caravan for hire on St Minver Holiday Park, is set in the beautiful, wooded grounds of an old Manor House in Rock, Cornwall.
It is perfectly situated for use as a base from which explore most of the major beaches, towns and villages in the stunning county of Cornwall.
Our caravan is located in a peaceful cul-de-sac within St Minver, just a five-minute walk from the Manor Club House. The park offers a variety of amenities including a well-stocked shop, a heated indoor swimming pool with a baby pool and Jacuzzi, a children’s play park, and daily entertainment for all ages.
Upon arrival, guests can enjoy the convenience of private parking adjacent to the caravan. A spacious, purpose-built decking area with patio furniture welcomes you—perfect for relaxing and enjoying some well-deserved sunshine.
Inside, the caravan features a bright and airy open-plan lounge and dining area, complemented by a fully equipped kitchen that provides all the comforts of home. The master bedroom includes an en-suite toilet and wash basin for added privacy and convenience. A second bedroom offers two generously sized single beds, which can be converted into a comfortable double if desired. An additional pull-out double bed is available beneath the lounge sofa, accommodating up to six guests in total.
The main bathroom includes a toilet, wash basin, and a modern, high-quality shower enclosure. Central heating with radiators in every room ensures comfort throughout the year, even on cooler days and nights.
Please note, for the comfort and safety of all guests, we have a strict NO SMOKING policy both inside and around the caravan, and we are unable to accommodate pets. Additionally, the park maintains a peaceful environment and does not permit same-sex groups of more than four guests.

About the Area
The park is ideally situated just five minutes by car from Rock and ten minutes from the stunning beach at Polzeath, often referred to as part of Cornwall’s ‘St Tropez.’ There is no shortage of nearby attractions, including St Enodoc Golf Club just a mile away, and The Point Golf Club even closer. The charming harbour town of Padstow can be reached in approximately 20 minutes by car, or within 10 minutes via the Rock Water Taxi.For walking enthusiasts, the area offers an abundance of scenic trails and coastal paths to explore, making it an ideal location for a relaxing yet adventurous getaway.
