Our caravan for hire on Kernow View at Perran Sands Holiday Park, is a spacious and modern holiday home with plenty of extras to make it homely.
It is comprised of one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, an open plan kitchen/dining area, comfortable lounge, a shower room with wash basin and radiator, plus a separate toilet with hand basin.

Duvets and pillows are provided. Please take your own bed sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels, tea towels and dish cloths.
Entertainment Passes: If your family would like to use the swimming pools, children's club, leisure and entertainment facilities at Perran Sands, you will need to purchase Haven's Play Passes. These can be arranged online before arrival or on arrival in Haven's main reception subject to their availability at the time. Please note passes are not required to use the shops, restaurants and facilities such as the Crazy Golf and Go-Kart hire. Due to Covid-19 we do not know for certain which of the park facilities will be available. Our prices are for the hire of the caravan and include free water, gas and electricity.
Dogs: We welcome two well behaved dogs up to the size of a Labrador at £25 each. Please specify the breed(s) when making an enquiry. Kindly note dogs may only be left unattended briefly if you take your own dog cage.
How to Book: In the first instance, please contact us with the party details to confirm availability. If you wish to book, our booking form is available by email or post. A non-refundable deposit of £150.00 payable by bank transfer is required to secure a break of seven nights or less. The remaining balance would be payable six weeks prior to the arrival date. Payments are made by bank transfer.
Left As Found / Key and Damage Deposit: One week before the arrival date, we also require the extra Left As Found / Key & Damage Deposit of £150.00. This amount will be returned within a few days of departure if the caravan has been left clean and tidy as found with no breakages. Payment can be made by bank transfer.
Please note third-party subletting by holiday management / lettings companies is not permitted. There must be one person aged 21 or above in your party.

About the Area
Our caravan is located at Kernow View on Haven's Perran Sands and within walking distance of all amenities.Perran Sands Holiday Park is a 5* Haven holiday park with an indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool with a lazy river, a live lounge with entertainment, two bars, a restaurant, fish restaurant, well stocked Spar shop, roller disco, sports bar, arcades and surf lessons. Eateries including Surf Bay, Papa John’s and Cooke’s.
Entertainment passes are NOT included in our rental price, but can be purchased directly from Haven.
Perran Sands also has a path leading down to Perranporth's famous three-mile-long, golden, sandy beach.
