Caravan Description
Our luxury caravan on Perran Sands Holiday Park, sits in an elevated position with front facing balcony, complete with picnic furniture, and is ideally just a stone’s throw from all the park’s amenities.
Our beautiful holiday home is the perfect place to just sit and watch the world go by. It’s also just a short walk from the sand dunes and a pathway that provides direct access to the stunning beach, which is both private and lifeguard patrolled at peaks times.
You also have a private patio area, complete with a wooden picnic table and bench; perfect for al-fresco dining, and to the other side of the property there is ample parking for 2 cars.
This caravan also has Wi-Fi and a 40” smart TV!!
Our Caravan
Brand new for the 2022 season and pet friendly too, you will enjoy all the little extra touches to make your holiday experience even more special. With fully double glazed windows and central heating throughout, you are ensured of always being warm and cosy regardless of the time of year. All bed linen is provided within the rental price.
Lounge
This spacious, open plan area has a contemporary feel, with two free standing sofas one of which incorporates a pull out double sofa-bed, free standing coffee table, Wi-Fi, 40" Smart TV and integrated ceiling speaker system.
Kitchen/Dining
The stylish, well-equipped kitchen contains everything you should need and comprises a dishwasher, full sized oven and hob, integrated fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster - we even provide your tea towels!
Master Bedroom with En-suite Shower & WC.
A 5ft double bed, complete with pillows, duvet, and even Egyptian cotton bed linen, ensures you have everything you need for a perfect night's sleep. You will have an en-suite shower, washbasin & WC. There is plenty of storage too with gorgeous, fitted wardrobes and drawers as well as a vanity dressing table, flat screen TV, hairdryer, and ironing board.
Twin Bedroom
This bedroom has two single beds, complete with pillows, duvets, and all bed linen.
Bathroom
The bathroom contains a large shower, wash basin and WC.

About the Area
Perran Sands Holidays Park is one of Haven's Premier sites and is a friendly, clean park that offers fun for all the family.There are 3 restaurants on site; The 'Surfbay' restaurant which serves family classic meals and vegetarian dishes, and has a novelty VW camper-van table which can be booked for you to enjoy your meal. 'Funky Fish' restaurant and takeaway serves locally sourced ingredients. New for 2023 'Slim Chickens' has winged its way across the pond to bring its own brand of good old Southern hospitality to Haven. Feast on cooked-to-order premium chicken with a side of Blues music for an unforgettable dining experience.
The park also features Coast Sports Bar, which shows popular sports channels including Sky sports, BT sports and pay per view events. A Co-op store is on site serving Costa Coffee and hot pastries alongside essentials. Finally Papa John’s Pizza takeaway can be enjoyed on a picnic table or at the caravan.
Haven ‘Play Passes’ allow you access to the evening entertainment in the club house and to the heated indoor and outdoor pool with lazy river (May to September). Play passes can be purchased separately online or at reception when you arrive.
If you fancy a change from the beautiful beach (did we mention it’s 3 miles of golden sand), other facilities at Perran Sands, which don’t require a Play Pass, include:

Out & About
You can take a leisurely 20 minute walk over the sand dunes down to Perranporth if you want to get off the park, or drive down to the town in 5 minutes. Perranporth town is a quaint seaside dog town with numerous gift shops, bars, restaurants and takeaways, the beach is over 3 miles long (tide dependant) with soft golden Sands, there are lifeguards on duty during the season for your added safety.
There is a golf course and a riding stable next to the holiday park.
Other towns and attractions nearby include: Newquay - 8 miles; Eden Project - 23 miles; Bodmin Moor - 25 miles; St Ives - 26 miles; Flambards - 27 miles; Land's End - 38 miles and Plymouth - 55 miles.
