Our caravan on Perran Sands Holiday Park has been refurbished to a high standard and offers a fantastic new and modern kitchen with all the home from home essentials – including Silestone worktops, an induction hob, gas oven/grill, microwave.

The lounge has also been refurbished and you will find two large, comfortable 2 seat sofas, plus new, modern dining table and 4 chairs. A 43 inch SMART tv along with DVDs, books and board games are provided for your enjoyment.
Using the wifi your able to watch all your favourite subscription channels. Home from Home.


We have a large master bedroom with a double bed, complete with full deep memory foam matress for a comfortable sleep, a fitted double wardrobe and large set of fitted drawers for storage. We have added a 40inch TV and DVD player in the main bedroom for 2024. It also boasts an en-suite toilet with hand basin.

The twin bedroom has two single beds with memory foam toppers and cupboard storage for clothes.

The main bathroom has a large shower, toilet and hand basin.

The caravan is double glazed and has newly fitted electric radiators in both bedrooms, along with a gas fire in the main living area.

Outside we have a newly installed decking area, now with ramp access up to the front door. It is also secured for small children and has a lovely seating area facing the dunes.
New for 2024 we have introduced a ketter bench full of beach items, wind breaks, beach chairs, beach games. All for guest use

Tarmac delegated parking to the side of the caravan.

Also provided are tea towels, washing-up and cleaning items a hoover, iron and ironing board.
We can also offer a travel cot and high chair should you need these items. All inclusive of the hire price.

Set in a quiet location on the edge of the dunes, our lovely caravan on Perran Sands Holiday Park, is just a short walk from all the main facilities on site.

Entertainment passes are NOT included in our hire price, but can easily be purchased at reception or via the Haven App upon registration.

The beach path is just a ten minute walk away, which is accessed via a steep slope or slide down the sand dunes. This end of the beach is quiet, even in summer. The main beach at Perranporth is a 30 minute stroll or short drive on the way into Perranporth itself. It's a fantastic, huge beach.

There’s lots to do on the Perran Sands resort itself, or you could just enjoy the walks, views and sunsets.
