Our 2018, 40x12, Swift Bordeaux caravan for hire on Perran Sands Holiday Park

Just a 3-4 minute walk has you in the main complex and just a few minutes in the other direction will bring you on to Penhale Sands where you can access the beach.

There is parking next to the caravan on grass, as well as a parking area on the road to the front of the caravan so plenty of space if you have more than one car - not to mention a feeling of space around the caravan as the neighbours are not as close as some areas of the park.

The outside of the caravan has a wrap around deck and has a lovely area for dining in the afternoon sunshine complete with patio table and chairs.

It is very modern in design with 3 Bedrooms, a double bed in the large master bedroom with ensuite toilet, with 2 twin rooms ( one of which can also be made up into a double if required)

In the caravan you have freestanding 2 & 3 seat sofas and dining table with 6 chairs and an optional 2 stools for extra seats if needed. There is a 32” TV, and we have recently installed a 24” smart TV in the main bedroom. There is also a Bluetooth audio connection so that you can play music from a Bluetooth compatible device (not too loudly as you don’t want to offend your neighbours!) .

In the kitchen there are a range of bits and bobs that you need for a stress free holiday a microwave, fridge/ freezer, oven, grill, toaster and of course the inevitable kitchen sink!

The bathroom has a large shower and is easy to get into with a very small step .

We provide the pillows and duvets, so please bring sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers - and not forgetting towels and tea towels.


Booking Conditions

This caravan is available to rent from March through to the end of October.

Prices shown as based on a weekly hire from Friday to Friday, although there can be some flexibility around this (excluding the school holidays). Short breaks may also be accommodated , as can other dates than those listed, so please contact us for further information.

It is our recommendation that you purchase the appropriate holiday insurance as this is not included in the booking.

On the day of arrival you will collect the keys from the key safe located on the deck by gate the code will be issued on your arrival day, the keys will be released by 3pm however if the cleaning contractor releases then earlier we will let you know so you can start enjoying your break. When your fabulous holiday comes to an end you will need to return the keys to the key safe by 10am.

A £50 returnable security deposit will also be required, which needs to be paid 8 weeks before you arrive. This will be refunded within 7 days of the end of your holiday after a satisfactory inspection has taken place. This refund can be arranged by bank transfer

Please note that Haven do not allow groups under age 21 or single sex groups.

There is also no smoking or vaping permitted in the caravan.

Location

We love our caravan and always enjoy spending time on this 5 Star Haven site, so we know you will have an amazing time. On site facilities include an indoor and outdoor pool and entertainment complex.

The beach is nearby and the Park is also close to many attractions in Cornwall, such as Newquay, Truro, Redruth (approximately 15 minutes’ drive). The Eden Project is a 40 minute drive away.

Perran Sands is approximately 5 minutes’ drive from the A30.
We have chosen a lovely quiet pitch at St Perrans close which is close to the entrainment complex and only a couple minutes walk from the stunning beach.

Additional Information
This is a dog friendly caravan, but due to the increase in cleaning charges this creates we do charge an additional fee of £10 per dog (max 2) .

Perranporth is a vibrant little town with lots of little shops, bars and restaurants to please everyone. There are plenty of surf schools on the beach if you fancy a little fun, and you can end your session in the Watering Hole pub located on the beach. Here you have amazing views as the sun goes down. It also hosts some brilliant entertainment in the evenings.

Newquay is less than 20 minutes away by car, although there are many taxi services and bus services to get around should you prefer.

The beaches in the area are amazing, most of which are dog friendly and in high season, are lifeguarded. The coastal path can take you to all sorts of places, with amazing scenery and beaches along the way.

Please note that Play Passes are NOT included in our rental price,and are subject to availability , and cannot be guaranteed. Passes are needed in the entertainment complex, including the pool, and will need to be purchased from Haven. A link will be sent direct from Haven on registration which will be done approximately 12 weeks before your holiday. Not all areas require this, such as the restaurants, arcade and bar. You can also access free Wi-Fi in the complex areas.

Deposits
£100 deposit on booking.

Deposits are non refundable in any event apart from the park being closed.

Final Balance
The balance is due 4 weeks before the holiday start date along with the security bond.

We also ask for a £50 refundable security damage cleanliness bond.

If you book a holiday at short notice please ask us for the payment terms we can offer.

Security Bond
We take a security bond to cover any damages. We don't charge for wear and tear. This is to cover large damages that are not from general use.

Your security bond will be returned to you (as long as there is no damage to the caravan or cleanliness issues) 10-14 days after your departure by whatever method you paid.

We accept 8 persons only in the caravan.

Haven comparison
'Haven Stay' comparison prices are next to some of ours to show the we are quite a lot cheaper. Haven Stay do not include park passes.

Non Smoking/vaping
We would like to remind you that our caravan is a non-smoking/vaping accommodation.

Cancellations
We would hope you do not need to cancel your holiday, however if you cancel after paying a deposit we can not refund you.

If you cancel within 6 weeks, after paying the full balance & bond we can only refund your bond. We strongly advise you take out travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.

If you have to leave during your holiday for any reason we will not refund the days you have not taken.

We do refund if the park is closed.

Price Check
We price check regularly to ensure you are being offered a fair deal most of our prices will be less than Haven 'stay only' charge Occasionally Haven will have sales on that we will not match as our vans are on higher end pitches, private parking alongside the caravan and a spacious plot. We also have a fantastic cleaner so you know that the caravans are cleaned to a very high standard.
