Caravan Description

Our stunning, Swift Bordeaux Exclusive caravan is a 2019 modern, 38ft x 12ft holiday home situated at St Piran’s Close on Perran Sands Holiday Park in Cornwall, and provides wonderful holiday accommodation for you and your family.

The caravan is on a fantastic plot at St Pirans Close, which has its own private, hard standing parking bay for 2-3 cars, plus a patio and grassed area. There is also a solid timber wraparound decking with an access ramp to aid movement of prams, buggies and/or wheelchairs. We have also provided lovey comfortable decking furniture to enjoy the view of the Atlantic Ocean and the most beautiful sunsets.

St. Pirans Close is a quiet cul-de-sac location, 5 minutes walk down to the beach and yet is still just a short 2 minute walk from the entertainment on the Park.

Our spacious holiday home has gas central heating and double glazing throughout.

There is a master double bedroom with a wall-mounted TV, bedside tables, double wardrobe, dressing area and a hairdryer, along with an en-suite toilet and sink. The two twin bedrooms each have two single beds, a single wardrobe, over-head storage and bedside tables.

The family bathroom has a large shower, toilet, wash basin with mirror cupboard storage above and a heated towel rail.

Within the spacious living area you’ll find two freestanding sofas (one of which is a sofa bed), a classic flame effect electric heater, coffee table with two footstools and a 32” TV/DVD combi, along with a lovely selection of DVDs for you and your family to enjoy.

The fully equipped kitchen has a 4 burner gas hob with electronic ignition, grill/oven, integrated microwave, full size integrated fridge freezer, integrated dishwasher, toaster, cafetiere and a kettle, as well as complimentary tea, coffee and sugar.

All bed linen is provided. However, please tell us if you would prefer to use your own at time of booking.

All bath towels and hand towels (not for beach) are provided. Please tell us if you would prefer to use your own at time of booking.

Booking Information:

Bookings are for 7/14 night stays from Saturday to Saturday. Please ask for shorter time periods if required outside of these times.

A key release code will be sent to you on the day of your arrival.

Check-in will be available from 3pm on the day of arrival. The caravan must be vacated by 10am on date of departure.

At the time of booking, we will require the names, ages and addresses of all occupants staying. This is to meet with Haven Park Health & Safety and security regulations.

A deposit of either £150 for 7 days or £300 for 14- day holidays is required at the time of booking. This is non-refundable. The balance of the payment is due no later than 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday.

Payment details will be provided at the time of the booking.

We also require a damages and key bond payment of £150 , which is also payable at the time of booking. This will be refunded once the caravan has been inspected following your departure and everything found in order.

Entertainment/ Privilege passes for access to swimming pools and main, live entertainment may be purchased from reception. These are NOT included in the caravan rental price.

Beds will be made up ready for your arrival and to ensure your arrival as pleasant as possible. You will also be greeted with a complimentary ‘Welcome Basket’ for your enjoyment. Please let us know of specific dietary or allergies in advance when making your booking.

All our cleaning products are safe Eco-friendly products.

Perran Sands is such a beautiful place on the picturesque North coast, is ideal for surfing and bodyboarding, rock-pooling and kite flying. The beach is just steps away from where our caravan is situated and is fantastic for a dip in the sea or a relaxing stroll along this stunning golden sandy shore or along the coastal pathway for unrivalled scenery.

Perranporth town is a short walk across the beach or a five minute drive away from the site. There are many shops, a post office, supermarkets, restaurants, takeaways and bars to enjoy there.

There are so many things to do just on your doorstep, you don’t need to leave the site, but if you’re looking to get out and about and see some sites you have a golf course nearby; Healey’s Cornish Cider Farm; The Eden Project; Truro Cathedral; The Minack Theatre; Newquay Zoo; Lappa Valley Railway; Dairyland; Flambards; The Seal Sanctuary; The Tate Gallery at St. Ives; St. Michaels Mount and so much more!
