Our caravan is a Swift Bordeaux Prestige 2016 (40 x 12).

It is situated in the Pentreath View area of Perran Sands overlooking beautiful sand dunes and the coast. A 3-4 minute walk has you in the main complex and just a few minutes in the other direction will bring you on to Penhale Sands where you can access the beach.

There is parking next to the caravan on grass as well as a parking area on the road to the front of the caravan so plenty of space if you have more than one car not to mention a feeling of space around the caravan as the neighbours are not as close as some areas of the park.

The outside of the caravan has a wrap around deck with ramp for those who may need non stepped access and has a lovely area for dining in the afternoon sunshine complete with patio table and chairs.

It has 3 Bedrooms, a double bed in the large master bedroom with TV and ensuite toilet, with 2 twin rooms . The second bedroom can also be configured to another double if required.

In the caravan you have freestanding 2 & 3 seat sofas and dining table with 6 chairs and an optional 2 stools for extra seats if needed, there is a 43” Smart TV and DVD, a collection of DVD’s, games and books for you to use, and we also have recently installed a 24” smart TV in the main bedroom., and a free view tv in bedroom number 2. There is also a Bluetooth audio connection so that you can play music from a Bluetooth compatible device (not too loudly as you don’t want to offend your neighbours!) We have also installed USB ports in all rooms and free unlimited WiFi.

In the kitchen there are a range of bits and bobs that you need for a stress free holiday as well as a microwave, Fridge/ Freezer, Vacuum, Oven, Grill, Toaster ,slo cooker , George Foreman ,small air fryer and of course the inevitable kitchen sink!

Also for families there is a high chair, cot and baby bath should you need it located in the rear storage cupboard.

The bathroom has a large shower and is easy to get into with a very small step in again should there be any mobility requirements.

There is an option for bedding to be provided all made up for you at a cost of £12 extra per room ( to cover the laundry costs),however if you prefer to bring your own bedding then we provide the pillows and duvet so please bring sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers and not forgetting towels.

Booking Conditions:

This caravan is available to rent from March through to the end of October, prices shown as based on a weekly hire from Saturday to Saturday, There can be some flexibility around this (excluding the school holidays) and short breaks may be accommodated so please contact us for further information.

£100 deposit required upon booking and the balance must be paid in full 8 weeks before your arrival, if you fail to pay the remaining balance or wish to cancel within 8 weeks of arrival then no refund can be given. It is our recommendation that you purchase the appropriate holiday insurance as this is not included in the booking.

We have a keysafe installed so on day of arrival we will contact you with the code when the cleaning is complete , approx 3pm, but this may be flexible depending on the previous booking. When your fabulous holiday comes to an end you will need to return the keys to the keysafe by 10am.

Also there is a £100 returnable security deposit that also needs to be paid 8 weeks before you arrive, this will be refunded within 7 days of the end of your holiday after a satisfactory inspection has taken place, this refund can be arranged by bank transfer or cheque.

Please note that Haven do not allow groups under age 21 or single sex groups. Also Haven do not allow Hybrid or electric cars to be charged from any ‘socket’ in the van for safety reasons. If this rule is broken you may loose your security deposit.

Dogs may be permitted under certain circumstances and incur an additional charge. Please contact us for details.

There is also no smoking or vaping permitted in the caravan.

Please note that Play Passes are needed in the entertainment complex including the pool and arcade, and will need to be purchased at the Haven Reception, or before you travel, but we CANNOT guarantee availability, and they are non-refundable. To this end we will register guests when they pay the deposit ( or when we have full registration details) as activities can now be booked 12 weeks before holiday and 4 weeks for swimming, but again we cannot guarantee availability. Not all areas require this such as the restaurants and some bars. You can also access free wifi in the complex areas.

We love our caravan and always enjoy spending time on the 5 Star Haven Site so we know you will have an amazing time.
