Our lovely, spacious and modern caravan in a great location on Perran Sands Holiday Park.
The caravan has a very open feel, with a large kitchen and large living area to include a 32" LCD TV and DVD player.
It features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, which all benefit from electric heaters.

Passes for Funworks are not included in our rental price, but are available from the check-in desk when collecting the keys.

About the Area
Our caravan is very close to Haven's private beach and just a couple of minutes from the Perran Sands complex.The site there are many facilities (bookable on arrival), such as an indoor and outdoor pool, crazy golf, archery, live entertainment, a climbing wall, kart hire and kids' club - please ask for full details on arrival. Paddle boarding and surf lessons can also be booked.
There is a Spar shop on site selling a good range of products, along with several children's play areas, a sports arena and many other sporting activities.
There are a plenty of food outlets on site too: Papa John's Pizza will deliver anywhere on site; the Surf Bay restaurant serves delicious meals and snack throughout the day; Cooks fish and chips to eat in or take away; Cheers sports bar, a friendly bar to catch up on the sports fixtures or just generally chill out with a drink.
Perran Sands is a perfect location for families and couples. With plenty to do and a very central location in Cornwall, it has some amazing footpaths and is surrounded with places to visit - not forgetting the Cornish Cider Farm just a few minutes away.
Also close by is 3 miles of golden beach with superb local facilities and some lovely eateries (Green Parrot and Tywarnhayle) and also a pub on the beach called The Wateringhole.
Perran Sands is in a great central location for visiting the best of Cornwall, with Newquay a 20 minute drive away, Perranporth a 2 minute drive (or follow the coastal path walk), Hollywell Bay adventure park a 10 minute drive, Truro a 20 minute drive and St Ives a 30 minute drive. There's also excellent access to the A30 which takes you all the way to Lands' End.
