Welcome to our brand new privately owned 8 berth luxury holiday home on Perran Sands Holiday Park in Cornwall.

This is an amazing delux model that is well maintained. It is in excellent condition. With this van you have the added luxury of double glazing and central heating throughout.

Situated at one of the best on site locations our caravan is in a perfect, sheltered position, tucked in against the golden sand dunes. Here, you shall have the sun to enjoy from dawn to dusk, with a lovely large private grassed area, with picnic bench at no extra cost, to sit and relax.

This is a walker's paradise. You have immediate access to the coastal paths, along the dunes, which lead directly down to the beautiful Perran Sands beach and Perranporth beach, where you will find places to eat and shop.

Our caravan is situated in a beautiful, quiet, private area of Perran Sands at pentreath view. It is at the end of a small cul-de-sac, so therefore, no through traffic. It backs directly onto the golden sand dunes and to the front of the caravan you look out onto a lovely grass banked area. As you are not overlooked on all sides, it has got a lovely private feel to it. The caravan is nicely secluded and you have the best of both worlds here; you are far enough away from the main complex to enjoy the peace and quiet, yet within a short walk you can enjoy all the facilities this fantastic site has to offer. You also have parking spaces right next to your caravan. There is a play area for children directly behind and in front of the caravan which can be accessed via the golden sand dunes.

Our holiday home has a fully-equipped kitchen with all the utensils you should require and is fitted with a microwave oven, full size fridge & full size freezer and an oven. We are sure there is nothing you will be without. There is a TV with built in DVD player and Freeview in the spacious lounge and a very comfortable seating area, where you can sit and relax in front of the fire on the cooler evenings.

As you step into our holiday home, you have a beautiful open kitchen, to your left a very spacious lounge with a lovely comfortable corner sofa, a very cosy fire, dining table and seating area.

At the opposing end of the caravan there are two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom with en suite. Here, you will also find a lovely, light, airy and spacious bathroom with large shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin. You also have the added luxury of a separate WC with wash hand basin which is the en suite in the double bedroom. All bedrooms have ample cupbourd space.

Duvets and pillows are provided, but you will need to bring your own bed linen and towels. Alternatively, you have the option to hire them on site.

There is a very modern, cosy electric fire in the lounge area, central heating in all rooms plus a heated towel rail in the bathroom.

With this van you are also getting the additional luxury extras which include oven gloves,hoover,spare blankets and a hair dryer. This is all included in the price.

For you peace of mind smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors are fitted in the caravan. Also, gas and electrical safety checks are carried out and certified annually.

Gas, electric and water are all included in the price.

We accept well behaved dogs at an additional fee of £30 per dog per wk.

A £100 refundable security deposit is required with full payment, This will be transferred back into your account within 7 days of your departure, following satisfactory inspection of the caravan.
