This stunning Platinum 3 bedroom (8 berth) caravan is new for 2018 and offers a high standard of interior furnishings, as well as the home comforts of double glazing and central heating for those colder evenings, plus free Wi-Fi,
Our caravan also has sliding patio doors opening onto a large gated decking area with rattan furniture to enable you to relax & enjoy the partial sea views.
Alongside the caravan is a patio area with an 8 seater round wooden picnic table and parking for 2/3 cars.
The caravan is situated in St Piran's Close on Perran Sands Holiday Park; a 5* Haven site near Perranporth.

Each bedroom has a hairdryer & the master bedroom has a dressing table with shaver point.
Booking Information
Please note we only take 7 or 14 night bookings from Friday to Friday.
To secure a 7 / 14 night booking we require either a £150 / £300 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to the start of the holiday.
We also require a damage bond of £150, payable 1 week prior to your holiday start date to cover any damage, loss of keys or extra cleaning required due to the caravan being left in a poor state on day of departure plus more. However, this may be fully or partially refunded or not at all within 7 days of departure once our cleaner has inspected the caravan and notified us.
We operate a late cancellation policy; details of this will be sent to you along with terms & conditions once you have paid your deposit.
Beds will be made up for your arrival & bath towels will be provided for your stay.
The rental price does not include entertainment passes allowing access to the swimming pool, amusements and club house.
