Caravan Description
Our mobile home located in the quiet location of Piran Point is an ABI St David, 8 berth unit.
It benefits from:
* Three bedrooms (one large double bedroom (ensuite) with a memory foam topper for added comfort) and two twin rooms (Twin Room 1 - new beds for 2022 Twin Room 2 - memory phone toppers for 2022) which are designed so the single beds can be pushed together to make a double if needed
* Double glazing
* French doors opening to decking
* Six-seater patio set
* Large integrated fridge-freezer
* Open plan lounge with electric fire - **NEW carpet, curtains, and sofa for 2022**
* Two toilets (with ensuite to Master Bedroom)
* Large shower unit with thermostatic shower
* Microwave and toaster
* 32-inch Toshiba flat-screen TV and separate DVD player in lounge
(NB We do not have a TV in the master bedroom as shown in the picture)
Our pitch has a great deal of space around it (unlike some other pitches) and is a short walk from the beach through Penhale Sands.
Gas and electricity charges are included in the cost of the holiday.
We do provide quilts and pillows, but please note that we do not supply bed linen, bath towels or other personal items so please remember to bring these with you as required. Linen can be arranged for an extra cost through Haven.
We can provide you with 7 Nights holiday (Friday-Friday or Saturday-Saturday in Peak Season) but please feel free to contact us as we may be able to fulfil individual requirements dependent upon our booking schedule.
We always aim to have your accommodation ready by 2pm on arrival day, but we will let you know in advance if you can have it earlier. Details of key collection will be sent to you on receipt of your holiday balance as well as details of how to purchase your optional site entertainment pass direct from the site.

Perran Sands has previously been featured on the BBC programme 'The One Show' highlighting the outstanding natural beauty and wildlife associated with the Park, which has a David Bellamy Gold Award.
