Caravan Description
A warm personal welcome awaits you with your keys when you arrive at our superb luxury caravan situated within a few minutes walk of the glorious sandy beach.
With the benefit of gas central heating and double glazing, the accommodation consists of:
Spacious lounge with a flat screen TV/DVD combo and beautiful sea views from a large bay window.
Dining area with table and chairs.
Fully fitted kitchen with a fridge freezer, family size cooker with grill, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, utensils, cutlery, tea towels, dish cloths etc. plus an iron and ironing board.
Shower room with wash hand basin.
Separate toilet.
Double bedroom with double wardrobe, drawers and cupboards.
Two further bedrooms with one single bed in each to give you added space, plus wardrobes and cupboards.
Bed linen is provided and beds are made up for you; just bring your own towels.
Outside the caravan is a lovely sun deck with a gate for child safety. A patio table and chairs is provided and there is ample parking.

About the Area
Perran Sands Holiday Park is surrounded by beautiful sand dunes and is superb for all ages. It has an excellent choice of places to eat and drink, including a Papa John's pizza take away; you could even have your pizza delivered directly to your caravan.Also on site is a licenced Spar shop for just about everything that you need.
Nightly entertainment is provided in the luxurious family club, which will require a visitors' pass. These will also also be needed to allow admission to the indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Passes can be purchased from the reception office.
Perranporth is just a short drive away or a very pleasant walk, either across the the cliff top or the beach, but please be aware of the tide times - it is strongley advisable to obtain a tide timetable book which can be purchased from the camp shop.
