Caravan Description
Our Perran Sands caravan is nestled amongst the sand dunes and is not overlooked by any other caravans. It is situated in the quiet Pentreath View area of the park, approximately 3 minutes’ walk from all central activities and within easy access of the beach.
We have ample off road parking on a level plot for 2 to 3 vehicles.
The caravan comprises:
Lounge – This very spacious and open plan living area is both modern and homely. We have ample seating for all the family and it incorporates a pull out sofa bed that provides sleeping for an extra 2 people. There is a flat screen TV with Freeview and DVD player. There are also a wide variety of DVDs for every age group.
Dining Area/Kitchen – The dining area has a bench style seating and a free standing dining table. It has a fully equipped kitchen that comes with oven and hob, extractor, microwave, toaster, kettle, an air fryer and a fridge (with a small freezer compartment). There is also plenty of storage for your provisions.
Two Bedrooms - The master bedroom has ample storage with built-in wardrobes, a dressing table and a standard double bed. It also benefits from having an en-suite WC with wash basin and storage shelves. The twin bedroom contains two single beds with storage and a built-in wardrobe.
Family Bathroom – Containing a large shower, WC, wash basin and a storage cupboard.
Duvets and pillows are provided, along with mattress and pillow protectors. However, you will need to bring your own personal towels, sheets, pillow cases and duvet covers.

About the Area
If you are looking for a family holiday or a quiet relaxing getaway, Perran Sands is perfect. There is an activity hub for all your sports and leisure activities to keep everyone occupied, both young and old. These include a heated indoor and outdoor swimming pool, entertainment complex, children’s play area, all weather multi-sports courts and crazy golf.You can book activities at Reception and pick up leaflets for day trips etc. for all over Cornwall.
Entertainment passes are required for the pool and the club house. These can be purchased at Reception on arrival!
Also on site is a Sports Bar, ‘Surfbay’ restaurant, Slim Chickens, Papa Johns, Cook’s Fish and Chips, plus a mini market, which sells hot snacks, souvenirs and everyday essentials. There is also a launderette.
Perran Sands Holiday Park has a privately-owned beach, which is ideal for surfing, bodyboarding and sunny beach days.
Perranporth itself is a short drive away and Newquay is approximately 8 miles away. There is a bus route at the entrance of the park and several local taxi firms are available too.
In Perranporth, there are plenty of places to eat and drink. There are lots of shops to buy souvenirs and surf gear or you can sit and have a Cornish cream tea at the boating lake. The famous ‘Watering Hole’ is the UK’s only bar on the beach where you can sit and watch the world go by with your favourite tipple or stay late for one of the amazing sunsets.
