Welcome to our beautiful, three bedroom static caravan at Haven’s Perran Sands Holiday Park in Perranporth, situated just 5 minutes from all central activities within the park.

Caravan Description
Welcome to our beautiful, family caravan that is only 4 years old, we’re situated on pitch 534 on Pentreath View at Haven’s Perran Sands Holiday Park in Perranporth, Cornwall.
Lounge/Dining Area
The open space is modern and light, the fixed seats allow people to sit back and relax, while there’s a pullout double sofa bed for additional sleeping accommodation should you wish. Also, within the lounge there is a 43" Smart TV with HDMI, USB & DVD, a contemporary wall mounted gas fire, and on the opposite side of the living area is complete with an additional dinette and seating space.
Kitchen
This kitchen contains all the appliances you should need, including a microwave, and fridge/freezer (3 drawers).
Master Bedroom
The double bed will give you a comfortable night’s sleep with plenty of storage space.
Twin Bedroom x 2
There are two single beds in both bedrooms that can be pushed together to make a double bed.
Shower Room
The shower room contains a shower, an extractor fan, hand basin and a toilet.
Separate WC
Includes a sink and toilet.
This is our own family caravan, which is used by us and cleaned by us to a very high standard (yes, I'm a little OCD). Please respect our caravan as you would your own home.
Bookings
A deposit of £100 is required to secure each holiday, which is refundable within 5 working days after your holiday subject to a caravan check.
Please Note: Entertainment passes are NOT included in the price of your booking, but these can be purchased (subject to availability) direct from Haven online in advance of your stay, or via the reception desk on your arrival.
Strictly NO smoking and NO vaping allowed in the caravan.

A travel cot and bed guard can be hired (at additional cost) please ask
I can accommodate weekend breaks too so if you have a special requirement for your days etc please contact me I will help as much as I can

About the Area
There are 3 restaurants on site; The 'Surfbay' restaurant which serves family classic meals and vegetarian dishes and has a novelty VW camper-van table which can be booked for you to enjoy your meal.New for 2023 Slim Chickens has winged its way across the pond to bring its own brand of good old Southern hospitality to Haven. Feast on cooked-to-order premium chicken with a side of Blues music for an unforgettable dining experience.
There is also a chippy on site called Cook’s Fish & Chip shop, which serves all your usual chip shop food.
The park also features Coast Sports Bar, which shows popular sports channels including Sky sports, BT sports and pay per view events.
A Co-Op store is on site serving Costa Coffee and hot pastries alongside essentials.
Finally, Papa John’s Pizza takeaway can be enjoyed on a picnic table or at the caravan I must admit this is my favourite so far!
Out & About
You can take a leisurely 20 minute walk over the sand dunes down to Perranporth if you want to get off the park, or drive down to the town in 5 minutes. Perranporth town is a quaint seaside dog town with numerous gift shops, bars, restaurants and takeaways, the beach is over 3 miles long (tide dependant) with soft golden Sands, there are lifeguards on duty during the season for your added safety.
Other towns and attractions nearby include: Newquay - 8 miles; Eden Project - 23 miles; Bodmin Moor - 25 miles; St Ives - 26 miles; Flambards - 27 miles; Land's End - 38 miles and Plymouth - 55 miles.
