This beautiful caravan to let on Haven’s Perran Sands Holiday Park, is located at the end of Kernow View, and comes complete with a deck with a picnic bench & table.
Our caravan was purchased new in 2016. It is just a short walk to the sand dunes and pathway down to the beautiful beach.
The front door leads onto a large deck that provides areas to relax or socialise outside with loved ones. It’s gated and has ramp access, which makes it easier for guests with limited mobility. Parking is available next to the ramp.
Lounge/Dining Area
The open space here is modern and light, the fixed seats allow people to sit back and relax while there’s a pullout double sofa bed for additional sleeping accommodations should you wish. Also, within the lounge there is a 32″ TV with HDMI, USB & DVD and a Bluetooth speaker system, a contemporary wall mounted gas fire and on the opposite side of the living area is complete with an additional dinette and seating space.
Kitchen
This kitchen contains all the appliances you should need, including a stovetop, microwave, and fridge with an ice box.
Master Bedroom
The double bed will give you a comfortable night’s sleep with plenty of storage space.
Twin Room x 2
There are two single beds that can be pushed together to make a double bed.
Shower Room
The shower contains a shower, an extractor fan, hand basin and a toilet.
Separate WC
Includes a sink and toilet.
Outside
Parking is available for 2 cars.
Guests take their own bed sheets, duvet covers, pillow cases, towels, tea towels and dish cloths (Kindly note the beds are only made up for the photos)
Entertainment Passes: If your family would like to use the swimming pools, children's club, leisure and entertainment facilities at Perran Sands, you will need to purchase Haven's Play Passes. These can be arranged online before arrival or possibly on arrival in Haven's main reception subject to their availability at the time. Please note passes are not required to use the shops, restaurants and facilities such as the Crazy Golf and Go-Kart hire. Due to Covid-19 we do not know for certain which of the park facilities will be available. Our prices are for the hire of the caravan and include free water, gas and electricity.
How to Book: In the first instance, please contact us with the party details to confirm availability. A non-refundable deposit of £200.00 payable by bank transfer is required to secure a break of seven nights or less. The remaining balance would be payable eight weeks prior to the arrival date. Payments are made by bank transfer.
Left As Found / Key and Damage Deposit: One week before the arrival date, we also require the extra Left As Found / Key & Damage Deposit of £200.00. This amount will be returned within a few days of departure if the caravan has been left clean and tidy as found with no breakages. Payment can be made by bank transfer.
Please note third-party subletting by holiday management / lettings companies is not permitted. There must be one person aged 21 or above in your party.

About the Area
Beach accessHead to the stunning, sandy beach below the park. The Beach Shack shop has plenty on offer to make your beach experience even more fun; pick up a bucket and spade, a bat a ball or even a bodyboard!
Lazy River
There’s a lovely lazy river that’s a hit with all the family (open between 26th May – 2nd September only, weather permitting), indoor pool with flume, have a splash around or face the flume in the indoor pool.
Outdoor pool
The outdoor pool is a welcoming spot between end of May and September, and Cornwall's mild climate means plenty of pool sessions with the sun on your face, indoor soft play area and if rain stops play, there's activities in The Hub, and the indoor play area to enjoy in the Sports Drome.
Cashless arcade
A modern twist on a classic component of the seaside. This park is home to an innovative cashless arcade that makes game playing on your getaway easier than ever. You'll need to purchase a Playcard from the Playcard Kiosk or prize shop, top up the card and tap it on the card readers to play. Don’t worry, we still have 2p and 10p coin pushers for your loose change.
Slim Chicken’s
Serving up chicken with a side of Blues music, Slim Chicken’s is now available at Perran Sands! Dine in or choose click and collect or even delivery to your door with the Haven Serve app.
