Summer Beach Caravan is a beautiful caravan situated within a wonderful corner garden location and has a delightfully large master bedroom ensuite and a fantastic new decking area too. It truly is so very special indeed for couples, families with young children and the young at heart who wish to enjoy a wonderful relaxing holiday.

ONLY A MINUTE STROLL TO THE PARK’S FANTASTIC FACILITIES

Our lovely regular guests over the years who have walking difficulties have said the caravan’s location is wonderful because it is only a minutes’ gentle, leisurely stroll to the park’s fantastic facilities including the supermarket, souvenir shop, lovely restaurants, bars, fish and chips takeaway, Slim Chicken’s, Papa John’s Pizza, children's indoor activity centre and the indoor and outdoor swimming pools with flume and lazy river, arcades and the fantastic nightly entertainment venue being an additional 2 minutes more.

SUMMER BEACH CARAVAN’S WONDERFUL FACILITIES

Summer Beach Caravan has three beautiful, comfortable bedrooms including a large master bedroom ensuite, double glazing, heating, WII games console, two TVs and DVDs one in the lounge and one in the master bedroom too, family shower room and toilet, fully equipped kitchen and not forgetting the fantastic decking area with large dining table and chairs where you can enjoy your favourite ice cool drink or a nice cup of coffee whilst watching your children play in the lovely garden area directly next to the caravan.

This is the perfect place to sit back relax and enjoy your breakfast and a lovely meal in the sunshine with your family.

There are no neighbouring caravans to the right or behind and our guests do not have to travel in the car to the park’s wonderful facilities.

We have been in business for over 30 years & pride ourselves on our excellent and professional service, ensuring our guests have a wonderful relaxing and stress free holiday in all our caravans for which we personally own.

LOCATION & ACCESSABILITY

Summer Beach Caravan is situated in a delightful corner garden location in the lovely fairings area of the park, there is a tarmac parking space outside the caravan with path leading directly to the front door and decking area.

To the right of the caravan there is a large, grassed area perfect for sunbathing and the children to play safely.

The wonderful large decking area is accessed via 3 steps leading from the garden directly to the caravan entrance. This area is furnished with a large dining table and chairs and is the perfect place to sit back, relax and enjoy a lovely meal with your family.

THE INTERIOR

A newly constructed decking area leads directly to the entrance of the caravan, upon entering you will be delighted at the lovely light and fresh atmosphere and your eyes will automatically be drawn to the large windows where the sunshine pours in.

THE KITCHEN

The lovely spacious kitchen has been very cleverly designed to provide a delightful light and open plan space to prepare your meals. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you could possibly need including:

(Don't forget to bring your favourite pods with you)

Integrated new, large fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and all cooking utensils. There is an iron, ironing board and vacuum cleaner for your personal use.

LOUNGE AND DINING AREA

The beautiful lounge and dining areas have been designed with both style and comfort in mind. There is a dining table and four chairs leading to the stunning lounge area with large windows. A door leads out to the delightful decking area. In the lounge the large seating area is very comfortable indeed with luxury fabrics and cushions. There is a lovely cosy central fireplace, a large flat screen TV with DVD Player and Wii games console (please bring your favourite games with you). There are cupboards containing an assortment of new games, books, jigsaws and DVDs to keep the whole family entertained.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

A door leads to a corridor where you will find a lovely, modern family bathroom with a large shower, WC, washbasin and heated towel rail. There are two delightful twin bedrooms with quality mattresses, wardrobe & heating.

MASTER BEDROOM

The beautiful spacious master bedroom occupies the entire rear area of the caravan with a large floor to ceiling window making the room very light and fresh. This room has been very cleverly designed to incorporate a comfortable double bed with lovely wooden furniture including:

A new Television with DVD, vanity unit, plenty of wardrobe storage and its own en-suite toilet and washbasin.
To make our guests feel very special there will be Two Lovely White Bathrobes (for your holiday usage) 2 Pairs of Hotel Slippers, Bathroom Toiletries & Hairdryer.

ESPECIALLY FOR YOU

We genuinely care very much about our guests and oversee all the cleaning and preparations ensuring the caravan will be beautiful upon arrival.

24 HOUR EMERGENCY CONTACT NUMBER

We have a 24 hour emergency help line for our guest’s peace of mind and a guest welcome book, which includes lots of information about your caravan and how to operate all appliances, emergency phone numbers, Cornwall’s beautiful beaches and places to visit.

GUESTS HOLIDAY ARRIVAL TIME

Summer Beach Caravan will be beautifully prepared for our guest’s holiday arrival at 4.00 pm

GUEST HOLIDAY DEPARTURE TIME

We ask all our guests to respectfully ensure that they depart from Summer Beach Caravan on the day of their holiday departure before 10.00 am.

We offer our guests upon the day of their holiday arrival the opportunity to book our VIP early arrival service at 2.00 pm at only £19.

We do have limited availability so to avoid disappointment please add this service to your booking form if required thank you.

NO PETS OR ANIMALS ALLOWED IN OUR CARAVANS

We personally guarantee all our guests who may suffer from animal allergies that we do not allow any pets or animals to enter or stay within any of our caravans for which we personally own.

We want our guests to experience a spotlessly clean caravan and environment giving then 100% piece of mind that their family will enjoy an allergy free and safe holiday with us.

NO SMOKING - We do not allow smoking in our caravan, ashtrays are provided on the outside terrace

BOOK YOUR HOLIDAY WITH 100% CONFIDENCE & PEACE OF MIND WITH OUR HOLIDAY PAYMENT GUARANTEE

Your holiday booking is protected by our holiday payment guarantee, so you do not have to worry about anything at all and can book your holiday with 100% confidence and peace of mind.

HOLIDAY PAYMENT GUARANTEE

If the UK Government in conjunction with Public Health England, Environment Health Authority and World Health Organization decide to officially lock down your holiday park due to coronavirus directly before your holiday arrival for a temporary isolation period for which will equate to no holidaymakers being allowed to enter the park, we will under these exceptional circumstances only as a gesture of goodwill offer you the option of relocating your holiday week/s and carrying over your full holiday payment towards an alternative holiday of your choice with us in season 2025 or 2026 T&Cs apply.

We have always held a NO refund and Non-Transferable payment policy and recommend to all our guests to take out holiday insurance including cancellation cover directly after booking their holiday.

HOW TO BOOK YOUR HOLIDAY

To book your holiday is nice and easy upon receipt of your holiday enquiry we will with pleasure confirm if your holiday week/s are available for you.

If you wish to book your chosen holiday week/s we will then send you our booking form and guide.

We kindly ask you to complete the booking form and return via email within 24 hours.

HOLIDAY DEPOSIT

To secure your chosen holiday week/s we require a holiday deposit of £100 for each week booked.
Upon receipt of your booking form and holiday deposit we will send your holiday confirmation and your guest welcome package.

8 weeks prior to your holiday arrival we kindly ask for your final holiday balance payment and a refundable £100 security deposit which will be returned to you within two days of your holiday departure.

HOLIDAY PAYMENT OPTIONS

We offer our guests the option of paying for their holidays via:

Bank transfer
Bank payment over the counter at any Santander Bank
PayPal payment via credit or debit card (T&Cs apply)
International payment

NB: All holiday weeks on very special offer priced at £299 accommodate up to 4 x guests only - Additional guests are very welcome at an extra charge of £45 per guest per week - maximum occupancy 6 x guests, T&Cs Apply

Upon receipt of all guests booking forms and holiday deposits their holiday will be officially booked for them and finalized. If guests thereafter wish to change or amend their booking form, mandatory insurance and administration fees will apply.
