Welcome to our tranquil and well-equipped caravan, situated on the beautiful, well maintained 5 star rated Par Sands Holiday Park in Cornwall.

Spoilt by its stunning views across the lake (which is a nature reserve), why not sit back and relax and watch the rich variety of fresh water/sea birds throughout the ever changing seasons from the living room/veranda.

Our holiday home in the Lake View area of Par Sands Holiday Park, is in close proximity to the beach, which is literally a three minute walk away and is dog friendly all year round.

Accommodation

The caravan comprises of two bedrooms, one of which is a king size room with a fitted wardrobe, bedside tables, dressing table, chest of drawers, TV and an en-suite toilet. The other is a twin room, which has overhead storage, bedside cabinets and a small wardrobe. In the main lounge, there is a large L shaped sofa, which houses a convertible double bed, bringing the sleeping capacity up to 6 people.

Also within the lounge is a Freeview TV and an electric fire for cooler temperatures. However the caravan has full gas central heating and is double glazed. The caravan also has its own Wi-Fi.

The dining area has a dining table with chairs and a breakfast bar.

The kitchen has a four-burner gas cooker/oven with a grill and extractor fan, a microwave, kettle , fridge-freezer, slow cooker, iron/ironing board and a clothes rack.

The main bathroom has a spacious shower cubicle, sink with vanity unit and a toilet.

During your stay, you will have the privilege of using the on-site leisure facilities (at no extra cost), which comprises of a fully maintained heated indoor swimming pool, a tennis court, five-a-side football pitch and various adventure playgrounds for young children. The site also has its own beach café and at the entrance to the site, you will find the "Ship Inn", which offers excellent locally produced food all day and evening as well as offering a large selection of beers/ales and wine.

Par Sands Holiday Park has its own CCTV, night security and a censored entry barrier system.

The small town of Par is only a short walk away and has three other pubs, Co-Op; Spar; Chinese takeaway; Fish and Chip shop; post office; cafes bakeries, and chemist. You will find larger stores such as Asda, Tesco, Lidl and Iceland within a short drive away in the town of St Austell.

If transport is an issue, Par has a railway station and local bus services.

If you fancy a breathtaking walk along the coastal path, you will find the lovely beach of Polkerris which comprises of two magnificent restaurants, "Sam's on the Beach" and "The Rashleigh Inn".

If it’s retail therapy you’re looking for, why not visit to quaint little seaside town of Fowey, which is only a short drive from the holiday park.

We are spoilt by the many nearby tourist attractions, such as The Eden Project, Lanhydrock, Fowey and Polkerris, to name but a few.
