Caravan Description
Our Winchester MK7 is a stunning platinum grade, top of the range caravan, situated on the 5* Par Sands Coastal Holiday Park in Cornwall.
Being centrally heated and double glazed, it's perfect for holidays or short breaks all year round.
It is situated a stone's throw away through the dunes from the large, sandy Par Beach, which is safe for families and is also dog friendly for 12 months of the year.
The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a gas hob, oven, large fridge freezer, microwave and a dishwasher.
The lounge has a TV, Freesat, Blu-ray player, built in entertainment sytem and USB.
There is a large family bathroom, plenty of room and storage, making this a wonderful caravan that we enjoy staying in ourselves.
The main bedroom is king size with en-suite, walk-in-robe, TV and under-bed storage. The twin bedroom also has a TV. Although the caravan is designed for four, there is a pull-out bed in the lounge to accommodate an additional 2 people if required.
Although we supply linen and tea towels, you will need to bring your own hand, bath and beach towels.
Outside is a parking bay, decking off the lounge and patio furniture. Additional chairs can be found in the storage unit, along with a BBQ which you are more than welcome to use.

About the Area
Par Sands facilities include Milos Italian Bistro, a coffee lounge with refreshments and free Wi-Fi, heated indoor pool, all-weather sports courts, a putting green, adventure play areas and launderette facilities. There is also a large freshwater lake which is home to various birds and wildlife.As you enter Par Sands you will pass The Ship Inn, an 18th century pub with great food and 2 large beer gardens.
The village of Par itself is just a few minutes' walk (via 2 footpaths) from Par Sands, where you will find a selection of small supermarkets, pubs, restaurants and various other shops. You will also find local bus stops in the village, and nearby Par Railway Station.
Par Sands is also a perfect base for walkers, as the South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep. Zig zag over the cliffs enjoying the spectacular views, small coves, quaint villages and many other places of interest along the way.
