Beautiful, recently totally renovated 3 bedroom Cornish house for holiday rental in St Columb Minor, Newquay in Cornwall; an ideal family getaway. The house has electric panel heating.

The modern, open plan living area incorporates the kitchen and lounge, with French doors opening out to a nice garden space with decked area. In the lounge is an electric fire, large screen TV and free Wi-Fi. Within the kitchen you will find an electric oven, microwave and induction hob, along with all required crockery, cutlery and utensils.

We also have a utility room with washing machine and fridge freezer.

The three bedrooms comprises of two doubles (one with king size bed and one with double bed) and one single bedroom. There’s also two put-up beds. There is a small TV in each of bedrooms.

The main bathroom has a shower space, wash basin and toilet. An additional toilet can be found downstairs.

A refundable deposit of £300 is required to secure the booking.

Centrally positioned in Cornwall, the holiday home has good road links to all areas, such as Land’s End and the Cornish coastline.
