Caravan Description
Our caravan pitch on Newquay Holiday Park in Cornwall is set back in a quiet spot, with a spacious area of lawn. The caravan offers double glazing and gas central heating, so is ideal in the cooler months too.
The accommodation comprises of one main double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, with additional sleeping available for two in the lounge.
The bathroom has a shower cubicle, WC and wash basin. We also have a separate WC with hand basin.
The lounge area provides ample seating, along with a TV, DVD player with a selection of films. Adjoining the lounge is a dining area and fully equipped kitchen.
Duvets & pillows are provided but all bed linen is excluded unless required (please confirm) at £20 per week.
Confirmation of booking will require a non refundable deposit of £150 per week with remaining balance due 8 weeks prior to your arrival date A £100 deposit is required for damages and is refundable within 7 days on inspection of holiday home.
No all male / all female parties are permitted on site.
