Caravan Description

We have a beautiful, brand new (2023) 3 bedroom caravan in a quieter area of Newquay Bay Resort in Porth, Cornwall.

Our holiday caravan for hire on Newquay Bay Resort is an open plan, modern caravan with all you could need for a comfortable holiday in beautiful Newquay.

There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, along with a double wardrobe and en suite toilet. The two further bedrooms each have twin single beds (3 of the 4 single beds are 6’ 3” long) and a small wardrobe.


The main family bathroom has a large shower, toilet and wash basin.


In the living area you’ll find a 3 sided settee, so all can watch the 43” Smart TV at the same time, as well as a modern electric fire with back lighting and a table with room for 6 people to sit together for meals.


The kitchen is well equipped with gas oven/hobs, extractor fan, integrated microwave and a fridge/freezer.

We pride ourselves on providing a spotlessly clean holiday home for every guest & provide all bedding & towels.

We have a dedicated outdoor seating area for dining outside when the weather is nice and now have private decking and outside seating on the front of the van.
We have a driveway for 2 cars alongside the van too.

We also provide free private Wi-Fi.

Minimum of 3 nights stay out of season.
Minimum of 5 nights stay in the summer holidays.

Location

Newquay Bay Resort is set in a lovely countryside setting with views of farmland on both sides.

The site has a bar/restaurant, indoor and outdoor pools, an on-site shop, a salon, children’s play area, a surf shop, small arcade, small launderette, dog shower, dog walking fields and entertainment/activities for the children.

It is a 10/15 min walk to the nearest beach and only 10 min drive into Newquay town.
