Caravan Description
This is a brand new caravan (bought November 2022) on Newquay Bay Resort, comes with a driveway and space for 2 cars. The caravan has all mod cons.
The caravan sleeps 6 comfortably. As you enter the caravan there is a hallway for shoes and coats, along with a double bedroom with en-suite WC, and a second bedroom with 2 single beds. There is also a pull-out double bed in the living room.
The bathroom has a shower, wash basin and toilet.
In the lounge is a remote control fire and a TV with built-in DVD player and Wi-Fi.
The kitchen has an oven and gas hob as well as a combi microwave/oven. The fridge is a normal, decent size with 3 drawers for frozen food.
Outside there is decking and there are double French doors that open out from the lounge onto this. On the decking is a wooden table with benches either side. I have now had a washing machine installed in the shed attached to caravan.

About the Area
Newquay Bay Resort is in Newquay, Cornwall. On site there is a massive indoor swimming pool (extra charge), sauna and steam room, along with an outdoor pool for the summer months. There is an entertainment venue with pool tables and mini arcade. During the half-term and summer holidays, there is always loads of activities for children aged 5-14. There is also a beautician and hairdressers on site.The holiday park itself is set in a valley, so there is hardly any noise. Newquay is less than 5 minutes away, as is Watergate Bay. Mawgan Porth and Padstow are all within a 20 minute drive.
The Eden Project, Camel Creek, Flambards and Tintagel are just a few of the attractions that are less than 40 minutes away.
There is an Aldi, Sainsbury’s and Morrisons in Newquay and a Tescos in Padstow. If you know what time you are arriving you could book a delivery slot to the caravan.
There are so many beaches to visit in and around Newquay, with lots of water sports available. Surfing competitions are held at Fistral Beach. Boardmasters music festival is literally up the road from the caravan park.
There is a train station and airport 10 minutes away from the site.
