Caravan Description

Welcome to our double glazed and central heated holiday caravan for hire on Lizard Point Holiday Park in Cornwall, situated in the quieter Sycamores area of the park.

It has an open plan living area consisting of dining area, kitchen and a large lounge. In the lounge is a TV with built-in DVD player, along with a good selection of DVDs available for all ages. The kitchen is very well-equipped and includes a full size cooker/hob, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and many extras. There’s also an iron and ironing board; a rotary washing line and pegs.

The master bedroom has a double bed, two large double fitted wardrobes and a dressing table, along with an en-suite with WC and basin. Bedroom two has twin beds and a fitted wardrobe.

The main bathroom has a shower, WC and basin.

Other items provided for your convenience include wind breaks, children's body boards and some other beaching toys.

Bed linen is provided and beds will be made up ready for your arrival. All linen is freshly laundered and sanitised. All beds have mattress protectors and pillow protectors, which are changed for each guests.

Gas and electricity is included.

Parking space beside the caravan.

Bookings & Conditions

Unfortunately, we do not allow pets.

Strictly no smoking.

Bookings are from Saturday to Saturday, shorter breaks can be arranged, please message for availablity.

Arrival time is 3pm.

Check out time is by 10am.

All bookings are subject to £100 non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Full payment is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.

Payment is accepted by direct bank transfer or by cheque.

Location

Lizard Point Holiday Park is a Parkdean Resorts holiday park located on the Lizard Peninsula in Cornwall and only 4 miles from the most southerly part of the country.

Within driving distance there are numerous locations to visit, including Flambards Theme Park, Gweek Seal Sanctuary and Poldark Mine, to mention just a few. There’s also some lovely coves and beaches to enjoy close by.

Lizard Point Holiday Park itself has many facilities on site, including:
