Caravan Description
Our caravan is sited at the Sycamores on the owners’ private area of Mullion Holiday Park.
It sleeps up to 6 people and comprises of two bedrooms. Additional sleeping is available in the lounge area via a pull-out bed.
The main bedroom is a double and the other is twin bedded. Both bedrooms benefit from having fitted wardrobes, a vanity unit and plenty of storage space, plus wall mounted, thermostatically controlled convection heaters with built-in timers.
The lounge has ample seating, a separate dining table, gas fire, flat screen TV with Freeview, DVD player and a DAB radio.
Additional electrical points have been installed for those every day essentials, such as charging mobile phones, and a small selection of board games and books are available to use.
The fully fitted kitchen has a full size gas cooker and grill, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, kettle and a coffee maker. All cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery are provided.
The toilet and shower room has a heated towel rail, mirror and cabinet.
For your convenience a hard standing parking bay is situated next to the caravan.
Bedding is provided and beds are made prior to your arrival.
Other facilities include a hair dryer, shaving socket, vacuum cleaner and an iron and ironing board.
A non refundable deposit of £50 is required for all bookings and full payment (cleared funds) is required 6 weeks before arrival. Where bookings are made within 6 weeks of arrival, full payment (cleared funds) is required at the time of booking.
Prices shown are for 7 night stays starting on Saturdays. Friday to Friday bookings are also available and we can accommodate Mon to Friday 4 night mid-week breaks and Friday to Sunday 3 night weekend breaks.

About the Area
Mullion Holiday ParkWinner of the Best UK Holiday Park Operator Award 2013, Mullion Holiday Park has an excellent programme of entertainment for both children and adults. It is a family orientated park and also has a daytime activities programme for children. Facilities include an adventure playground, indoor and outdoor heated pools, an amusement arcade, mini tenpin bowling and much more.
The Kynance Bar and Grill has a varied menu and is also open for breakfast. The Stargate Entertainment Club has been newly refurbished and both venues have free Wi-Fi. For sports fans big screen TV’s are located in the bar and club.
Most facilities can be accessed without the need for passes. However, for access to swimming pools and the entertainment venue passes are required and can be obtained from reception for an additional fee.
Location
Mullion Holiday Park is ideally located in the heart of the Lizard Peninsular which has been designated an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Guests can explore the hidden coves and quaint fishing villages or simply relax on one of the Blue Flag beaches. Why not try a traditional cream tea or Cornish Pasty in one of the numerous tea rooms. Kynance Cove, voted the best spot in the South West to have a picnic, is a short drive away as is Lizard Point. For a day out further afield St. Michael’s Mount, St. Ives and the Eden Project are all excellent places to visit.
Although there is a convenience store on the park, Mullion village is less than two miles away and has free parking, two pubs serving real ale and delicious food, a fish & chip shop, cafe and two mini-marts. Sainsburys and Tesco Superstores both with fuel forecourts can be found in Helston.
