Lakewood Lodge is a luxury lodge holiday home at Meadow Lakes Holiday Park, is located At 12 The Maples in The Maples’ area of the holiday park.

The Lodge was Purchased New By Us During December 2021.

Lakewood Lodge Is A Kingfisher Luxury Holiday Home On Meadow Lakes Holiday Park.

It offers an extensive wrap around decking area, incorporating a 30 ft x 4 ft walkway with a lockable side entrance gate, leading to the front decking area where there is a round rattan, glass topped table with parasol and 4 matching rattan chairs. This part of the decking area is approximately 17’ x 8’ with a triple front deck. There is also LED over head lighting on front decking area. The parasol and seat cushions available during your stay are to be kept in the Lodge when not in use.

The holiday home has a double glazed side entrance door leading to the hall way area (approximately 8’ x 4’).

Double Fully Glazed Doors At Front Of Lodge Lead To The Front Decking Area Of The Lodge.

The front living area has a table with 4 high back chairs, 2 large settees and a 43" TV. Within the kitchen is a full size fridge freezer, a dishwasher, electric oven with a gas hob, canopy and electric fan, a microwave and a separate sink/drainer.

The bathroom has a combi shower, cupboard, WC and wash basin.

The two bedrooms comprise of a twin bedroom to the side, with full size 3ft beds, and a master bedroom across the back of the lodge, which boasts a king size bed, 24” TV, sliding mirror doors, walk-in wardrobe and an en -suite, identical to the bathroom. There are also USB ports in both bedrooms.


Our holiday home is equipped with its own, hard-wired Wi-Fi and router (username and password on the router), which is FREE for our guests’ use.


Private parking for 2 cars is available on the block paved area.

Whilst staying at Lakewood Lodge, guests are welcome to use our body boards, Please return them to chest on front decking area !

There Is An Additional Spring Loaded Double Bed In The Lounge Area Situated Under The Long Settee Under The Rectangular Mirror.
Pillows , Mattress Protectors And Duvets Are Provided, Please Bring Duvet Covers, Pillow Cases, Fitted Sheets For All Beds. The Back Bedroom Has A King Size Bed.

Meadow Lakes Holiday Park, is located in Hewas Water, near St Austell in Cornwall. It sits within 56 acres of serene, rural Cornish countryside and boasts four fishing lakes. Other facilities include the Cosy Café, an outdoor heated swimming pool (seasonal) and a play barn with soft play for children
There are both indoor and outdoor play areas for children. A variety of play equipment and a pets corner.

Lakewood Lodge is situated in an elevated position overlooking the four fishing lakes on the recent Maples development. .
