Welcome to ‘The Ocean’ caravan, situated on a private, high pitch with the best sea and Park views on Liskey Hill Caravan Park.

The caravan looks over the site on high pitch and benefits from having no neighbours to the right, and to the left, the caravan is further forward, so a very private pitch.

This very large and truly special caravan on Liskey Hill Caravan Park is just a year old (as at 2023) and in my opinion is top of the range and truly stunning.

Of course, it has central heating and all the mod cons, including an en-suite to large master bedroom, plus a widescreen TV just fitted to the bedroom. and a large twin bedroom which is lovely.

It also has a very large, ramped decking offering sea views, with patio doors that open up from the lounge.


Bookings & Conditions

A £100 deposit is required upon booking. The balance is due 6 weeks before your holiday start date.

A £100 security deposit will also be required, which is refunded after the holiday following a successful inspection, with no loss, damage and/or breakages being reported or the need for an excessive clean. Payment details for the refund must be provided.

Dogs are allowed only by prior agreement by the owner. An additional £50 security deposit will be required for a dog.

Dogs must not be left unattended in caravan – this is a Liskey Hill Caravan Park rule. Dogs must not be allowed on the seats.

You are not allowed to sell your holiday to someone else if you cannot attend.

We hire only to families and couples, so no mates’ holidays I'm afraid.

We hire only from Saturday to Saturday from April to November. Short stays are available from November to March.



Location

Liskey Hill Caravan Park is just a 10 minute walk from Perranporth and the beach. Truro, Newquay, Padstow, Looe, Polperro, Falmouth, St Ives and Mevagissey are just a short drive away.
