Hello and welcome to our holiday caravan 'Copthorne'.
This is a privately owned, 32x12, 2 bedroom caravan sited on Lanyon Holiday Park near Redruth in Cornwall (check out their website for full details).
The caravan is sited on a corner plot so it's in a quiet position with ample parking beside it.
The caravan has just been fully fitted out to cater for all your needs and make your stay one to remember. It comprises 2 bedrooms (all duvets, pillows and linen provided, but no towels), shower room, living room and fully equipped kitchen.
It benefits from having heating throughout, plus a gas fire in living room. Also in the living room is a TV with Freeview.
In the fully equipped kitchen there is a gas cooker with oven and grill, a microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster, along with all cutlery, crockery and essential kitchen utensils.
Outside we have a large decking area.
Bookings & Conditions
Sorry, no pets, no smoking and no all male/female parties - this is Lanyon policy as it is a family resort.
This is an eleven month site. Our prices start from £250 for a 7 night stay, which is discounted if you book for 2 weeks.
We require a £50 booking fee, which is payable within 48 hours. The remainder is due 4 weeks before your holiday.
Deposits are non-returnable.
We, Sue and Derek, live just 5 minutes away and if needed can be contacted as below.

About the Area
Lanyon Holiday Park is based in Four Lanes, near Redruth in Cornwall. It is a great site for exploring West Cornwall, with course fishing 10 minutes away and Helston, Falmouth and Penzance just a short distance way.There are 2 pubs and a Post Office in the village as well as a farm shop.
