Caravan Description
This three bedroomed caravan offers a spacious master bedroom with wardrobe and ample cupboards, whilst the two twin rooms also have adequate storage.
There is a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.
The caravan also offers a comfortable lounge with gas fire, flat screened TV. The kitchen has a gas cooker, microwave and fridge, and is well equipped with kitchen utensils and even a slow cooker. The caravan is double glazed with central heating for low season holidays.
Once you make contact with me I will send you a booking form, please complete it and return it with £100 to secure your holiday.
A refundable deposit of £50 (with a SAE), is required with the final payment. This will be returned shortly after your stay providing the caravan is left in a clean and tidy condition with no damage or breakages. This should ensure that you leave the caravan in the acceptable condition you would also expect to find it in.
Dustbins are provided by the site on the other side of the park with recycling facilities.

About the Area
Harlyn Sands Holiday Park Harlyn Sands Holiday Park is a family run site that caters for families come rain or shine. On site there is a club with day and evening entertainment for both young and old, and a lovely indoor heated swimming pool. There is also a restaurant, take-away, launderette and shop.The beach is only approximately 250 yards from this caravan with many other beaches within a short walk. If you walk across Harlyn beach there is a beach bar just off the sand and also a beach sauna! In the other direction walk across Constantine beach or around the golf course and there’s a YMCA that do lovely lunches and often have live music during the peak season.
Out & About
Padstow is only a 10 minute drive away, which retains the quaint 'fishing village' feel that Cornwall is famous for. Rick Stein's fish and chip take away and restaurant are very popular, with many local gift shops well worth a look too.
We are within easy reach of of an Adventure Park and only a 40 minute drive away from the Eden Project. Newquay is just 9 miles away. Horse riding is nearby, as are surfing lessons and the camel trail for families who like to cycle with children away from cars. Bikes are easily hired from both Padstow and Weybridge. There is also daily entertainment on site for children and films or dancing for wet days.
